Bath tub leaked water when showering. We stayed 4 nights, no room cleaning for the whole stay

Really spacious rooms and fairly recently updated despite the mom and pop look and feel from the curb. Inside the rooms though are near full kitchens, everything is clean, and beds were pretty comfortable. Pleasantly surprised and would stay here again!

The only disadvantage here really was location. Was about a 20 minute drive in every time you want to go to Bar Harbor. Worth it still for us but definitely something to consider.

Room was musty, outdated and small but for $--- a night did the job.

Very small room facing busy highway. No sofa, chair, or table. Booked 4 nights, and they wouldn't move us to a room away from the highway. Only road to Acadia National Park and Bar Harbor passes right in front. Noise from rooms above plus highway noise.

Tiny, dingy room; not all outlets worked; could see outside on all door edges; highway noise was very loud. Definitely not worth 3 stars--maybe 1-1/2 or 2.

Super friendly staff

Very bad wifi connection in our room and right next to main road.

The owner and staff were very nice, friendly and accommodating. The location worked well for our plans. This is also a great place to stay for families with children. They have a nice pool and playground.

The rooms with kitchens are definitely worth the upgrade. The room was clean and comfortable. The grounds felt safe, and were very well kept. and the kids loved the playset and the pool. The pool is very well maintained and heated! Kids LOVED it!

Could have been more clean...

The room was very large and clean. The staff was friendly and even called us several minutes after we left to let us know we had left something in our room.

It was a very small thing, but several times they did not replenish the Styrofoam cups for coffee in the room but it was a very minor inconvenience.

It was centrally located to the places we wanted to go. Near Bar Harbor and Acadia so it was very convenient for us.
