Location,not busy,quiet place, enjoyable

Room little outdated but clean and fresh

The breakfast was good, the staff were excellent, the beach was lovely

Authentic, original, Italien, fuss free, calm, beautiful. Rent a bike from hotel & cycle to punta sabbioni. Catch Dolge ferry for day trips to Venice then cycle home. So much fun. Staff wonderful & caring.

I needed more info on getting there. I was travelling late at night from Marco Polo. The advice i needed to be told “get taxi”. I rolled in 4:30am with my 14yr daughter after walking 40 mins with cases from Punta Sabbioni! It was worth it though?

Attractive, authentic, original, Italien, comfortable, calm. Next to beach. Great beach restaurant & good pool to swim in. Hired bikes from hotel to Dolge ferry & day trips to Venice. Lots of fun.

Needed advice to catch taxi if flying late into Marco polo airport. Was sent a generic email which was not helpful. Rolled in 4:30am after walking 40 mins with baggage on island with a 14year old!

The hotel is old style, with clean and modern rooms. the breakfast is not great, lot of stuff but for example the coffee is awful (all coffee type drinks are self serve from a machine and they are really bad). Rooms are clean and have good A/C. between the hotel and the beach/pools there is a huge camping ground which is not what I expected. it kinds of bring the value of the hotel down

Very nice receptionist. He helped us a lot. Provided a lot of information, was very pleasant to talk to, funny, joyful and always smiling.The place was very nice, with good food, very beautiful hotel, with plenty to do (swimming pool, beach, ping pong, etc).We were very sad we only stayed for 2 nights. It was an extremely beautiful place to stay.

The cleaning ladies entered our apartment early in the morning to clean the room, without asking and waking us up in the apartment. They were easy to talk to and they left briefly.

Very nice location. Friendly personel. Big parking. Very clean. Nice family atmosphere.

Small room. Toalet inside shower, not acceptable.Bathroom so small that I had difficulties to close the door. All this by additional payment for bigger room.At night noise from external ventilator.

The enviroment is exceptional. Easy to padk and drive to Vaporetto decks. The bteakfast buffet was great although the coffee no so good.

The hairdryer doesn't dry much. Better take one with you. The room is quite cold at night.

Very serene, breakfast was good. You can use the tent on the beachside for free

The distance from Venice was over an hour by taxi. Had to relocate back to Venice to be able to meet up with my appointment.

We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The staff was very friendly, a special thank goes to the ever smiling Sergio at reception/bar. He was so nice and made us feel welcome.

Great location, interesting decor of common areas (bar, restaurant, lobby), good quality wifi. A great base for exploring Venice. Also a very good place for sunbathing.

Terrible breakfast coffee.

The staff were super friendly and helpful, even organising a packed breakfast for our last mornings early departure.

The peace of the location ..Proximity yo tbe beach and restaurants.

No shuttle to the Water taxis and ferry's to Venice and the islands. Buses on Strike on Monday so had to walk from ferry point back to hotel.

The breakfast was very very average. Very poor coffee but a fairly good selection of foods - could do with more healthy options.

The shower was leaking and the bunk beds were very high and no bar to stop my children from falling off onto a very hard floor. I would not have chosen the hotel had I known that. It’s not safe.

The breakfast has a great variety from eggs to fruit to bread, good balance of sweet and savory. Coffee from the machine is unaacceptable, but you can get a real coffee from the bar.A very nice garden to walk or stay.Beds are good, lots of storage, even though the room was farly small.Swimming pool behind the attacjed camping site. Fitness area and chidren pool.

Improvised shower cabin, loose fittings and low water pressure.The house has bad noise insulation, you hear more of your neighbors than you care for.The windows rattle from anything - inside or outside - e.g. car door closing, internal door closing etc.

We knew the hotel was on a campsite and so was expecting it might be quite basic. But the room, breakfast, room service (daily cleaning) and hotel generally was excellent. It was such good value for money too, it include beach beds and umbrella and use of beach and pool

Breakfast is good enough. Room was cleaned everyday, but a detailed cleaning was necessary. Hotel has a safe storage room for bikes. Additionally you can rent a bike with a price of 2€ per hour or 10€ per day. The bar is open 24h and prices are reasonable.

Staff was helpful but you can feel that they look unhappy generally. There is not much facilities for kids. There is no playground as shown in the pictures and in the map in the lobby. My 5 year daugther was quite bored. The pool could be bigger and there should be umbrellas and sunbeds around. This hotel and camp site could become a much better place with a few facilities and renovations.
