The walls were very dirty the toilet seat was broke there is nothing to eat close by breakfast was average I would not recommend this hotel.

The location was great. Really quiet, really cute complex. With a little update it’d be great. We will stay again.

Unfortunately our room smelled so bad! The main room spelled like mold, we had to buy some incense for our stay, the bathroom smelled like sewer. NO CLOSET! And although it had a kitchen it was just for looks, the sink was not plumbed & the stove was not hooked up, the unit was literally just there not functioning. A microwave would have a least been nice.

Staff were lovely.

We stayed twice during our visit in Mexico - the first room was subpar, the 2nd stay was much better. Still, the flooring outside the room was broken, and we tripped occasionally getting into the room. Not the staff's fault - though the hotel could use a bit of a revamp

The staff were very friendly - and as helpful as they could be.

We booked during peak season - which resulted in us getting a room which potentially is typically not offered or available to guests. The beds were mattresses on concrete slabs, the bathroom smelled of septic / sewage, and the aircon did not work.

The location was perfect. Close to the marina. But far enough away from the noise. And the staff were great. So much so that we cancelled our other reservation in Cabo and rebooked for another 5 days.

Depressing and worried my belongings would be stolen

Run down, lacking security. Closet lockset, no night light no drinking water

Location! We only needed a place for one night and this was perfect. Very clean. Easy check in and check out process.

Liked everything!

The building next door had some renevations, so there was some hammering and noise in the afternoon when I got there. So could not take a afternoon nap as it was constant hammering. Not Capital O's fault but just a pity there was noise till around 5pm

Nothing!

We stayed in room 209, and the toilet in the room above us is leaking sewage. The smell was horrible.The place is very noisy, you can hear people talking through the walls.We do not recommend it and will never stay here again.

It was in a great location

It is very old and unkempt, the pool was too dirty to swim in. It needs a total remodel. The construction next door started at 6:30 am every morning, very loud banging.

The location was great with lots of options for food in the surrounding areas! The staff was really friendly and helpful throughout our entire stay. The property had a relaxing patio as well.

The roof of the bathroom was falling down. The door was glass made and no curtains so the light from outside was coming in and couldn’t sleep.Too expensive for what it is

Everything was good, I would return. Fyi, ask to not be put in room 3. It’s at the front next to the street and driveway. Has a tiny window that you can’t look out of and faces a wall anyway. I got moved because it’s a bad room.

I stayed at this hotel before. Lack of microwave or a coffee maker (they need to add this).

I stayed in room 312 - the bathroom smells like a sewer every time I open it to use it. This is Bad!!! More than Michael Jackson bad. They need to fix this. I’m just going end my review here.

Close to downtown

There was no hot water at all in the room, I told the night manager and nothing changed, I saw the lady say mngr. And she said I should have told her, but I said I told the night mngr and I was fishing all day every day so that should have been enough to get it fixed. She argued profusely with me so I said well you are going to get a terrible review so here it is, Also the whole room stunk very badly, it is the stinkiest hotel I have ever sprayed in, & I have been a world traveler for over 50 years. So I will never stay there again, especially with the attitude of the day lady mngr. They should know there is no hot water when they clean the room, oh yes, maybe they don’t use hot water when they clean!!Dave

Construction near the hotel on August '24 and the 500 pesos deposit,still using a key to open doors

There was 24 hour front desk staff who were friendly and helpful. The location was great, near to the dive shop I was meeting my group, and Cabo Wabo was a short walk away. It was a great budget place for a quick overnight stay before I boarded my liveaboard dive boat.

There was no cover on the bed, just sheets. When I got cold, I covered myself with the extra pillows. There was no breakfast or restaurant on the property. The pool was small and looked unclean. There was no hair dryer in the room or at front desk, and no shampoo/conditioner provided.

No wifi, run down, no water for 2nd day check inEverything is bad except the location.STRONGLY discourage everyone to not book
