Pros +
- Beautiful architecture and campus. Reasonable price.
- This hotel is situation on the beautiful Sea of Cortez and it¿s the perfect place to relax and watch the whales this time of year. The staff is very friendly, speak very good English and was helpful in getting us to and from the room with our luggage.
- Gorgeous location and view. Beautiful, well maintained grounds. Rooms cleaned daily by friendly staff (ask for coffee and water or else they wont refill.) Incredible pools that the kids loved. Most of the food was good, just very expensive.
Cons -
- Food service was incredibly slow across the board, with missed orders and delays on food for almost all of our dining experiences. Overpriced and disappointed in how staff were organized.
- We didn¿t like the sales pitch for the timeshare that we received as soon as we arrived. We also didn¿t initially get the balcony room that we reserved, we had to wait a day. Deteriorating balcony, not very clean, slow service.
- After traveling for hours, we check in at the hotel, and they try to rope us into a time share seminar. We were exhausted and they were very pushy. Also, the price of the food was *very* high here. The "hot" tubs are just warm. Beach is not safe just FYI.
