Noise. Like sleeping on the centre median on an interstate highway.

shower faucets didn't function properly, hot water took about 10 minutes

No working ac in gym. Was like an oven.

Didn¿t look fancy for those who care about looks. I don¿t care about that but for others it might be.

Horrible like a nightmare. This junk property is located on the Main Street. You absolutely can not sleep, not even for a second. It’s frightening. The front desk staff / ladies are idiots. They send people to bang on your door that has a sign of Do Not Disturb and ask for payment. Even if you pay in advance for multiple nights, they bother you frequently only to then say “ oh sorry, yes you paid” Incompetent and frustrating. If you are flying straight from the US, I highly suggest booking a nicer place at least for a few days. It’s not exactly like a third world country experience but similar. Avoid. If you have family definitely avoid.

Staff was wonderful, room was spacious and clean. Restaurant food was tasty.

Lighting was good but not bright.

Awesome location to downtown, breakfast restaurant was awesome. The secure parking was a bonus and the staff were great

Large rooms comfortable beds.

The elevator wasn’t working & my husband has trouble with stairs. Plus loose bannister going yep the stairs.

Doormen were wonderful & very helpful. The dogs at the front were a bonus & loved our visits with them.

It felt like a quick cheap renovation. Elevator was broken and we were put on the 4th floor at the back.

Nothing at all should be removed from booking

Ants everywhere, bathroom dirty, room smells old and is out dated. Ac had toilet paper holding the vent open

Perfect location near the hospital and amazing staff. Ample breakfast!
