Staff was helpful and friendly; new facilities; location is very close to Marina; view of city and coastline

Exterior lighting was very bright and shone into our room throughout the night

It’s very clean and the atmosphere is very homey. I felt like I had a lot of space to just chill. The pool was amazing and uber/uber eats works well in the property

The distance from the marina is say if your not local to the area or haven’t been to Mexico it can be intimidating. The walk was around 30 minutes but it’s nothing to harsh I would have booked a little closer.

A very calm and comfortable location! The view from the rooftop was beautiful and the entire staff were so kind and accommodating. We had an issue with the WiFi at first and they helped us immediately. I would absolutely stay here again!

All around I enjoyed my stay. The layout of the room was a little interesting, only because the only bathroom was in/connected to the bedroom. No problem with this, just needed to get used to it. Other than that, really had a great time.

The property was very nice.

The parking on a steep dirt incline was difficult to manage. My friends were both unhappy that there was no daily house keeping for our units.

I’ve not yet been there. I’d arranged an arrival date of 10/1 but for reasons unknown the final booking said I was arriving that day. I live in Utah and never had an intention to stay until October 1st and check out on the 2nd

My Citicard was charged over $300 by this property. My October reservation was no charge until the day of arrival. The total room rate was under $70 including all taxes and fees. I’ve talked with a representative at the property and have text dialogue with him. He said it would all be straightened out when I check in on October 1st

The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Closeness to food spots

It’s literally a square very little 4meters by 4 meters, the parking lot is ridiculous dangerous, and the old man in the staff wants to fight with you for any reason, very unapproachable old guy

No parking, poor location next to dirt road.

The bed was comfortable and in a great area for local restaurants and bakeries.

No paved parking, bathroom dirty and couldn’t get hot water, the apartment was very limited with necessities.

The Rooms are super nice ! Bed was comfortable , kitchen had everything you need and the view was Beautiful!

Leaving.

Despite paying when we booked online weeks earlier, the owner and staff were terrible and tried to force us to pay again with cash or credit card (from their Google reviews you can see this isn't the first time they've tried this with guests). We had to spend our vacation arguing with them, and had to get Booking.com involved to call them (who said the owner was only yelling, not listening at all, and even hung up on them). They tried to prevent us from leaving, it was insane and a horrible experience. NIGHTMARE and we would never return nor recommend this place to even an enemy.
