Pros +
- Large property with lots of lounging/pool areas.
- Quality of the staff and the food.
- The location and the beautiful views . The landscaping was maintained well .
Cons -
- Constant upsells. Time shares. Premium food or alcohol. Room upgrades. Lots of bugs in the kitchen. Room deck wading pool was always broken. Management staff gave us empty platitudes and never followed thru on their promises or contacted us afterwards.
- "Owners" (guests that own timeshares) who act like they own the loungers -- day after day putting stuff on the loungers early to save them (against resort rules) for the entire day...and then may only spend a few hours in them during the afternoon.
- Some staff were excellent and very friendly . However , service tended to be very slow and nonexistent at times . They were out of a lot of things , food wise .
