We didn't know we had to ask for cleaning 24h in advance (not mentioned during checkin) and the shower carpet disappeared we asked for one and we just got simple towels. So this part was disappointing.

Located next to metro station allowing easy access to Stockholm city centre. Friendly staff and clean bedrooms

The room is small, but enough for a night of rest. The personnel is handy and super friendly! We enjoyed the little gym and the hotel in general is clean

I liked everything about this place.We stayed once when travelling to North Sweden and took a rest, but we were so satisfied about the hotel, services, breakfast and electric car parking nearby as we slept back when we returned. I highly recommend this place.

I will say a minor inconvenience was that it did not have electric fast chargers. But you can easily find some 5 min walking from the hotel.

Breakfast is phenomenal, albeit a bit crowdy most days.

For some reason, our room was missing a hot water kettle and when I requested one at the reception, they said bluntly they can’t provide me one. I would have needed it, since I was sick with flu the whole time I stayed in the hotel and had to make myself something hot to drink. Instead the personnel invited me to come down to the lobby to take hot water every few hours, which was unconvenient.

The staff was very helpful and always with a smile, the location was good, very close to the subway station and the room was spacious.

The hotel didn't have slippers, which is weird, but outside of that everything else was great.

Very nice hotel, newer installations, cozy and comfortable rooms and beds. Very quiet too at night, and an excellent breakfast spread. Good size for a basic room, perfect for sporter stays. Also, thermostat in rooms that goes up to 24 degrees celcius.

No small extra amenities in the bathroom, like the small pack with travel essentials like a small toothpaste, comb, makeup pads etc. No one use slippers too.Prices for parking and check out time are not the same on booking.com as at the hotel, the unformatiin is old and hasn't been updated.double check at reception or theough email.

The hotel was very clean and well presented. The breakfast was good.

The pillows were very uncomfortable.

Breakfast was amazing, really 10/10. Location of the hotel is great too - grocery store 2 minutes walk from the hotel, metro station with a direct train to the city center as well as main train station was about 5 minutes walk. Sauna in the hotel for free was amazing. Room was clean when I came.

Windows in the room could have not been opened so there was no fresh air in the room.
