The breakfast was so gooooood! And the buffet restaurant was more than I expect it would be with a good quality seafood and French food too. The spa is exceptional !

This hotel is an absolute gem. The bedrooms were extremely comfortable, beds were amazing - super soft sheets. Lovely toiletries, the food was exceptional, the swimming pool was a plus. We didn’t get the chance to use the spa unfortunately but that looked great, we would definitely return - it was the perfect stopover.

We had an absolutely disastrous beginning where we were told the room we had booked was not big enough for our family (having called to confirm it would be in advance & after a 6 hour drive with our young kids!) they finally conceded and let us have the room (after half an hour of discussion) credit to them, they did put it right eventually. It would have been nice if they could have shown a little more empathy whilst doing so.

I was charged for 2 dinners instead of 1 dinner. on my credit card. Recept showing 1 dinner. Difficult to change

It has been a while since I was so satisfied with my hotel experience. Breakfast are divine. Swimming pool was lovely. Bar is welcoming. Next time I would 100% stay for gorgeous dinner

Lovely staff, very welcoming and fantastic facilities. Very pleased with the core proposition of the hotel. Issue is with charging facilities for electric cars.

The charging stations for electric cars do not have sufficient power to manage all cars being plugged at once. Please call your electrician and increase the amperage. Having to find alternative charging at midnight is not ideal.

Very nice room , bed confortable, very clean, very good restaurant

I especially took de luxe room for the nice little corner ( mirror table chair and bench) BUT the bench was missing in our room so I couldn t sit in the room to enjoy the little desk corner- disappointed

Nice decor, comfy bed, rituals shower gels which smell great, good airco, free chocolate in the room - that's nice! Parking on site which is secured behind a gate. Good breakfast spread. Has a pool and the staff were friendly. Location not exactly in the center of town and not much for a view from our room but for passing through Lyon this was a very nice hotel. Would stay again.

Nothing really...

The property is offering a lot of great facilities and is not too far from Lyon city center. The restaurant is excellent. The wine list is fabulous. Could be a very good place to stay for family willing to visit Lyon.

Cost of breakfast - too much

Good sized room, very comfortable and clean. Good choice of food at the adjoining Kyriad. Parking was easy.It was ideal for our one night stay. There is also a spa which we did not use but seemed very busy.The hotel had everything we wanted for a one night stay, it is on a very busy business park but the sound-proofing is excellent and we could hear nothing from outside in our room.

Not really a 'dislike' but need to be aware of that the location is not suited for walking around and exploring - it’s on a very busy business park, with lots of traffic.

Great food and service and facilities

I always stay in this hotel when I am in Lyon. It is still fresh and modern, rooms are big.

Coffee is always very bad at the breakfast. Why is it so difficult to improve your coffee machine and buy at least better quality coffee beans?! Disgusting coffee in the morning spoils all the nice things… Breakfast in general is good. I loved the pancakes which you cook yourself and salmon.

Very new and clean hotel, with lots of thoughtful details. With an indoor pool.the breakfast was delicious with a lot of choice

They do not serve lunch at the hotel. The location is a bit inconvenient for having a quick bite elsewhere, and not having a lunch option is a bit dommage. The spa is also an extra fee that needs to be paid on top of the hotel room. It would have felt more welcoming if all facilities were open to hotel guests

I don’t like them taking 500 euros security holding then the next day paying on top the room fee so my account went down by over 750 euros . They said would be released next day 9/8 . It’s now 13/8 and the 500 euros is still not back in my account. Really bad

We loved our 1 night stay. The hotel is very classy and very well designed. Very art deco.Room was good Bed was comfy.Spa was basic but good. Dinner was just ok.

It was exactly everything I needed for a nights stay. The facilities were very good. Staff were so lovely friendly

The lights didn’t work in my room well and they wanted to move me but I couldn’t as was in a meeting and very tired but the staff were so helpful and friendly that it was ok. The massage was ok, could have been better.
