Absolutely first class staff! Our pup was overjoyed to hang with Vera, the terrific puppy sitter, while we visited the area. Twice! Four paws up from Valentino!

A bit difficult to find the entrance to the parking lot at night.

Room seemed much older than the photos showed it to be. The cot we had requested wasn’t set up ready for us, but the receptionist helped to sort it quite quickly

There are mixed reviews on booking.com. Set the record straight.Great room, huge bathroom, heart heat, great hot water and pressure! Breakfast is excellent! Staff was very helpful recommending anything you need. Great location to visit Caserta palace. Approach from the street hotel is on is best. Two blocks from palace parking for 3 euros for day! Also parking at hotel plentiful and secure. Liked so much stayed second night instead of moving on!!

NO SPA AT ALL, noisy room (isolation isn't good), leaking A/C, bright lights on the balcony (too much), personnel from the morning wasnt nice (but at night they were lovely)

Location and breakfast was ok ..

My room was not clean and the sheets not changed...also towels... I requested to the front office to change it...Hotel have warm water problem.....

Night staff at the desk was very helpful and nice. Free juice and coffee at all time. Modern and clean room. Different amenities for your stay in the room. Good variety for breakfast.

The room had a pretty strong cigarette smell. Would be nice to fix that.

Incorrect address on booking.com - we have driven around for 45min as the address states locked empty building next to another hotel Fridge in the room did not work Shower blocked and when showering water was up to anklesWe had family room - not only room was not set up for our child to sleep but also there was a mix up with keys by reception and they originally send us two the wrong room on the ground floor meaning that we then had to relocate our luggage and everything again to 1st floor - no help was offered We had to walk 3 times to reception with room changes and that sofa bed was not set up for our kid - I’m not sure how they expected us 4 to sleep in one bed Sadly we will not be back - we were exhausted after long drive from Switzerland and luck of care even with simple things like address is a no for us

The room was very nice and the bed was very comfortable.* The room had a silicone protection on the AC so that the air (wind) didn't blow directly into the bed whilst sleeping. Never seen it before, but it shows respect for clients.

The location is great if you are driving a car and wanting to go on the motorways, because it's very near the motorway entrance. Although, It's a bit out of town, but there are still buses available.

My family and I stayed here for the last night of our Southern Italy holiday. If you have a car, this place is a great choice. It’s only a 20-minute drive from Naples Airport, and you can also visit the palace nearby. There are also plenty of restaurant nearby. The breakfast is excellent, and the staff are very friendly. The beds are clean and comfortable, and the bathroom is spacious and well-equipped with toiletries. If you have more time, the nearby outlet mall is also worth a visit.

The air conditioning needs an upgrade as it takes a long time to cool the room down.

Fancy hotel with a cozy atmosphere. Great staff. As soon as you step inside, you'll love it here and keep coming back. The rooms are tidy, clean, beautifully decorated and fully equipped. There is nothing you lack but a wife, maybe not even one for some.

The room is large with a very comfortable bed. The bathroom is also big and has an excellent shower. The breakfast is very good, There is a car park for guest´s cars in front of the hotel. Nice location, near a shopping centre and quite a few restaurants.

We were charged €5 for parking in the hotel car park!

Beautiful hotel, we were staying for 1 night on our travels back to UK, not far from the motorway for onwards travel. Room was lovely and clean and bed was really comfortable. The staff are really helpful and the breakfast was excellent. Thank you for a lovely stay. I would definitely stay again on our travels.

A perfect short stay for a night. Clean room, well-equipped facilities, decent choices for breakfast. Great staffs and service. Parking space is comfortable and sufficient.
