Good beds and showers.

The booking website said “Free Shuttle”, but the receipt did not include the free shuttle. This would have been a value of $250, as we asked taxi drivers about it. We informed the hotel that we were disappointed by this and we informed booking.com, but neither have reacted to this additional cost that we incurred.

Good location, friendly staff

Our checkin process was rushed and we were told we could parallel park, but ended up with a parking ticket. We had no working AC our entire stay. We arrived at 9pm, left for dinner (the hotel has no food options past 10) so we drove to another area. No room service available either. When we got back the ac still was not working. The front desk did not have anyone available to provide us with another room, just someone covering the desk over night. We were told the maintenance staff was not available and the guy from the front desk attempted to fix our unit with no avail. We had to sleep with the windows and doors open and barely got any sleep because our room was 27 celcius, next to a parking lot and loud. There was also a few bugs found in the room. We were offered no options or resolutions.

the place is very tired and more of a summer camp style for kids. I was pretty disappointed, the photos did not match my expectations. The rooms are very tired. My door handle fell off at one stage.

Staying bed and breakfast don't include other activities eg kayaks and shuttle service to beaches you had to pay extra. Could have had a kettle in room.

We loved our room ( we had two rooms) the rooms are new and very clean.

The reception and swimming area is very old and not kept very clean.

Convenient for water park and boat trips but needed a car

Music far too loud around the poolDuring the day. Limited access to drinking water. Nearest supermarket over a mile away to buy water. Shuttle bus to local beach 7 euros a day, not made clear on booking. Advertised as free daily shuttle on dear guest comment. Hotel beach on edge of a marina, not particularly clean and fees for the sunbeds.

Really nice and modern room. Private beach with free beds available. Big swimmming pool. Big free parking available. Area is a bit "isolated" so it's a quiet environment

Quite a big facility with groups and animations at the beach/swimming pool. Great for families or older people, younger couple would probably prefer some more quiet place.

We stayed just for one night and had everything we needed , comfortable bed, fantastic shower with free toiletries, beautiful sea view from the balcony. There is a nice buffet for dinner that we could get without pre-booking. Friendly staff

We didn't use it, but the swimming pool needa good revamp.

I stayed in a nice refurbished room, which was really nice and close to the bar and pool.

The air-conditioner didn't work properly, I reported it to a manager of the hotel, he sent someone the next day to check, he said everything was fine and working properly. I stayed in other branch of club esse in stintino which the air-condition was very cold. So for me wasn't working at all, it was pumping warm air without cooling.Also I didn't like the club esse card to pay the drinks. I was asked to pay a deposit for €5 which they gave me back in the end of stay. I credited the card €20. At the end of my stay there was €2 left on the card. Even though it was only 2 euros, I asked to be refunded, they told me that couldn't be refunded because I used a debit card, which i wasn't told when I got the card. So if I had €30 or 50 left on my club esse card? I couldn't be refunded?! And waste my money because we can't pay drinks with cash or card? This is really unfair! and how to steal money to people's!

the toilet in the room was big. clean

the breakfast was so poor, with basic fruit (only apple, banana, orange), a lot of processed sweets, and only one cheese, one cereals. very basic. the room wasn't as discription. the window was facing the road and you couldn't open it. disappointing
