Sa Prata Hotel & Resort

The complex was very nice. It was quiet, there was parking, the pool was very well maintained. The breakfast was a nice touch, good variety and some changes every day to not get bored of eating the same things. The room was cleaned daily, the bar had very good and affordable prices

The location was a bit remote, and beside a restaurant that we liked, the variety lacked a bit.

Ok the first problem with this place is that there is no clear direction on where to park or where the checkin is. Further more the office is not open all day so they close and you have to check yourself in which can be a little confusing.

The rooms are very very basic. They do have AC but you have to use a key to turn on the AC and that Key is attached to the door key and you cannot remove it so you can't have your room cooling down while you are at the pool or out. The room was very hot and uncomfortable and it take a while to cool down.

The hotel is great. The room was spacious, the pool was exceptionally clean and the breakfast had fairly good choices for a buffet. The staff was very kind and friendly.Also, there are nice pizzerias nearby, for lunch and dinner options. There are two beaches 10/5-minute walk away from the hotel and we'd recommend Spiaggia Sant'Anna.

There was a loud buzzing coming from the AC, which went on and off.

The staff was absolutely wonderful! Kind and helpful. The room itself was very clean, beautiful and had all the facilities we need . The breakfast was amazing! We spent only a night there but if we come back we would definitely stay longer.

Very friendly staff, nice view, close ( 10min walk) to a nice beach, excellent restaurant 100m away, free parking and wifi, one of the best breakfast we experienced during our trip , sun beds, big, well equipped clean rooms. We loved the place.

Check out 10am is quite early - on the other hand it was no problem to stay at the pool/ property longer

We needed to stay near the port for a ride back to the mainland and this was well-suited for that. THe pool was great, We walked to one of several local places to eat.

The A/C was struggling in one room and made it a little uncomfortable. We told them and they did their best to address it. It was a coincidence not a 'fault' of the hotel.

'Sa Prata Hotel & Resort' is especially perfect for families with kids. The staff was very nice and helpful. They cleaned our room everyday unless we asked otherwise. The breakfast was my highlight of the day. They offer a buffet of savory and sweet from local cheese & delicatessen to lots of fruits, eggs and fresh homemade pancakes or crepes and cakes. It was really perfect. So many amazing beaches are within a 5-15 minute drive. Beach umbrellas and sand toys for kids are available for all guests to borrow, which a nice detail that we appreciated.

Location 6 minutes drive to a beautiful sandy beach and the amazing Shadana Restaurant.

This property was our our biggest disappointment on our 1-month long car tour of Sardinia. It's more a backpackers hostel than a resort. Pics of grassy well kept lawns are false. No grass - just dirt. Large piles of rubbish stacked in carpark. Pics of breakfast area and offering are also misleading. It was basic and unwelcoming. We dont blame the staff for issues that frustrated us. There was no manager to be seen. It was so depressing we left a day early.

The parking requires some renovation, the entrance/exit is not suitable for regular low cars. The parking is not in line with the hotel standard.It is not really a resort, as it only offers breakfast (no restaurant on site).Breakfast is ok, but the coffee machine is not good, we had to ask for coffee from the good machine at the bar, against extra cost.The room was very small, smaller than in the pictures.

Lovely views. Swimming pool is a bonus. Rooms cleaned every day. Nice breakfast. Very nice staff. We were also given an extra bed for our toddler. We would stay here again.

Rooms a bit dated especially the bathroom however it was still pretty comfortable.A little tricky to enter the parking space from the main road.

The staff was amazing! The pool was very nice but too far from the restaurants! You can't drink anything there, about the food you have only breakfast not so much things to offer! But personal was amazing! Giulia and the sweet lady that cleans the rooms! View was amazing!?

While you go for breakfast they will doYour room, we didn’t know the first day so we had not organize our things. Also they will not change your towels until the third day. The AC goes with a key, you cannot leave your room leaving the ac on as you need the key, so when you come back your room is hot. They also have weird rules for the pool, like no smart phones. The closest beach is mot that nice.

the property is located on a hill overlooking the sea, rooms are spacious with all you need, nice clean pool, breakfast with all you need and more! large parking place adjacent to the hotel.

My boyfriend and I absolutely adored this little gem, and was the best place we stayed on our trip to Sardinia. The staff were so friendly and accommodating and the room was exceptional. Blackout blinds and bug nets on the windows, comfy bed, high pressure shower, EXCELLENT breakfast, nice pool, great cleaning, quiet, and great location. I can’t say enough good things about Sa Prata. We fell in love with Sa Prata and Budoni, and We’ll definitely be back!

Nothing, everything was amazing.

The room was front of the swiming pool and can see the sea as well. Room/bungalow enought big for 2 adult plus one child. Silent area and private parking.

The price we paid is not compare about the style of a resort, the service as well. Self check-in, aircon didn’t work, reception not open all day and the bar service same.

Hmm maybe - Get rid of grass protruding from bricks from the ground - however no huge issue just cosmetic.

Very good breakfast. Very nice beach 3minutes by car.I was satisfied with everything.

Bed wasn't the most comfortable, too soft, also the height of double bed was different(one part was higher than other).
