The staff was really the highlight of this trip, everyone is very nice and helpful. Shout out to Miguel and Marina who have been lovely with our children despite them always bothering them while they were working. Dinners were delicious, the room was nice and clean, there was everything we needed.

Breakfasts were a bit disappointing, with the exception of the freshly made omelets and pancakes. The rest (pastries, buffet) felt a bit stale, which was surprising.

The food was really good. The location is very nice, the pool, the kids park, actually everyting was nice.

Nothing to complain.

The resort is very well organised. The staff is friendly and polite. The food was very nice, there was a lot of choice for everyone. Highly recommend for the families with the small kids.

The rooms were nice and comfortable. The pool area was great, and chairs were always available.The restaurant was also great with lovely variety for breakfast.The pool bar was so nice and the staff there were just amazing. We always felt we were well looked after. Everyone was very helpful

I found very little to complain about. Perhaps the wardrobes in the rooms need modernising and the safe in our room didn't work.

The staff were excellent. The food was plentiful and very tasty.

Only negative was the very slippery floor in the shower. This morning just before I left I slipped over and have hurt my leg and back. I saw the local doctor and he referred me to the nearest hospital for xray. Fortunately nothing was broken.. I had travel insurance so that covered medical help and taxis. It had been a great stay until then

The kid's events every night were fantastic; my kids were always looking forward to them.The breakfast and dinner were the best I ever had in any Hotel in Europe. The room was also as described. I would definitely love to visit again.

The location was far from the airport—I guess I should have known that before booking it—but I have no regrets, as the hotel experience was worth the long distance.

We absolutely loved this hotel.From the moment that we arrived, the staff were excellent.We were there to celebrate our wedding anniversary & there was a bottle of cava with card left in the room.The hotel was extremely clean & everything was to a very high standard.Our room had a beautiful sea view.The sun loungers are all cushioned. Never an issue to get a lounger by the pool.The food was to a very high standard and was really well varied each day so you never got bored with dinner. It was the best half board food that we have ever had. The restaurant staff and bar staff were excellent.Our kids loved the playground and kids club as well as the evening entertainment.Couldn’t fault this hotel or its staff.We have already rebooked for next year.

It's a very nice quite clean hotel. Ideal for families with small children. very delicious food with good selection. Stuff is very nice and helpfullenough place for everyone so in the morning there was no "chase for loungers"

But super boring - very "cheap and cheerful" evening entertainment. Some singers were so bad that we thought it is Karaoke..You may say no animation during the day. Only kids disco for kids.Pretty remote, uphill

The hotel room even exceeded expectations. Very spacious room with comfortable beds and a large balcony. The choice of food was sufficient, you often have to wait for fish or meat. Insufficient staff and untimely replenishment of food create long queues in some places.

A lot of dirty dishes. Insufficient amount of dishes and food compared to the number of poeple.

Super great hotel. The staff were so lovely and friendly and that really made a big difference. Entertainment was good and my five year old enjoyed it. We arrived late at night and were greeted by some well needed bubbly. They'd also saved us some food aside which is unheard of when arriving late so we were really impressed. And thankful! We would definitely stay again! We enjoyed the variety of food for our four nights half board!

A little bit of a walk to the beach. Only 15 mins to the main beach but it was very hot. Not a fault with the hotel though!

Excellent facilities, large room, helpful and friendly staff, good choice of food in the restaurant with a different theme each evening.

Beautiful hotel with very quiet location. Staff were amazing, everyone working very hard. Breakfast and dinner were good, a lot of choices . Definitely would stay there again.

The food was good it was a buffet style for breakfast and dinner, for dinner you have to pay for any drinks even water. The pool was lovely

I didn't like that you had to pay for water at dinner. The balcony was not properly cleaned, I had to go to reception to ask them to have it cleaned because it was an issue every day. There was no entertainment for kids during the day and it was the same lady every night for the evening entertainment which got really boring. And wasn't even good ! The coffee making facilities in the room were not restocked and when I asked for new ones in the morning they didn't come until the evening.

The staff was not nice, there are cockroaches in the rooms. The furniture feels dated and the elevator smells musty. The buffet offers many types of food, but industrial and unhealthy. When we asked to leave and cancel the reservation, the hotel refused to refund us and forced us to stay another night until we repeatedly asked for a refund and to leave.

The property is great, everything is clean, proseco at the check in, amazing stuff at the restaurant, diner is AMAZING, every single day is smth new, the variety is more then needed, beach a few minutes by car, great pools and just simple the best hotel for the families.

I would appreciate if the wash/vacuum clean the floor every day taking into account that almost every family has a kid there.

The meals were excellent, each day there were international specialities. The pools were nice and clean, the children's activities were fun. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The mattresses were too soft and the Wi-fi was many times slow and disconnected regularly.
