Staff at the reception very professional and informative.

Food in a 5* hotel should be fresh, such shortcuts are unacceptable. Private discussions at the entrance of the restaurant with the guests while others are waiting in a queue for dinner is a bit peculiar.

Having to pay for coffee in room

Everything was good, but take a lot of money as they charge for everything.

Having to pay for coffee and water in the room were other hotels give it complimentary. They never used to.

Fantastic hospitality throughout our stay and free room upgrade on arrival - thanks so much to the director and her team, they made our stay very special. Both the breakfast and dinners were also fantastic (complements to the chef and his team) and the sea view from the room was great! The pool area is also very nice for those who prefer to stay and use the hotel facilities. Javi the head barmen was also an absolute legend! Compliments to the entire hotel team, we would not hesitate to book again

Nothing to note

Very clean. Nice swimming pool and Spa. Food tasty and changing every day. Very nice service personnel. Close to a small beach and promenade. You can take a small train (€7 per person/day) to get to a bigger beach which is more sandy (but very crowdy!).

No free mineral water. You have to pay for all drinks. I would expect more cosmetic products (body lotion, hair cup).

Fantastic staff , very friendly and efficient , they made our stay really enjoyable.We had an upgrade to a larger room that was spacious with a nice big bathroom.

The food was good but could have been a bit more exciting.
