Wonderful stay with exceptional staffWe had a great stay and truly appreciated the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were absolutely lovely — very friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. One of the highlights was how accommodating they were: they kindly let us borrow towels for the beach, which was such a thoughtful gesture and made our trip even more enjoyable.The room was clean and comfortable, and breakfast was offered in the morning, which added a nice touch to the overall experience. What really made the difference was the staff — their kindness and positive attitude made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a friendly and comfortable place!

Simple, unpretentious pension, excellent location near the port, restaurants, bars and bus stop for easy sightseeing. Clean room with modern bathroom, air conditioning. Good breakfast, nice coffee, delicious scrambled eggs. The breakfast and cleaning staff are smiling and friendly, but above all Kerstin on the front desk is both welcoming and super efficient. Great value for money

The mattress was a little too soft for my liking and the television had no Spanish stations

Everything was great. The staff was so friendly and helpfull. I liked the fact that it was ultra clean and well kept. The breakfast was just great, you get the necessary to start your day.

Would love some english breakfast tea at breakfast, but there was plenty of herbal!

Friendly staff, good breakfest and very reasonably price. Free parking is possible insurrounding streets, but it takes some time to find vacancy.

Our room and balcony was located to main road (Carrer Juan Sebastián), which is really very nose all the day and mainly most of the night. It tried to change for another room next day with orientation to side street, but no room was available. The room smelled a bit like after some kind of disinfection.

Very nice hostal, clean, good breakfast offered, top location. Very nice manager/owner. Probably the best price quality ratio offered in Mallorca.

Breakfast is very good with array of options continental style. Rooms cleaned daily, toiletries basket in foyer to help yourself to very welcoming from the host Kirstin and other guests

Great location to explore Cala Ratjada and the beach at Cala Agulla. Staff are friendly, especially the lady at breakfast. Breakfast is basic but good. Bed was comfy, nice view towards Arta for me. Very effective air con unit in room and small balcony.Nice to see them offering the use of things that people have left. Toiletries, beach umbrellas etc. Saves waste. Room average size.Very close to the market, sea, restaurants shops etc.

Aircon unit very noisy, I had ear plugs, and it did drown out the noisy guests. One of the beds in the room needed attention as very creaky.No privacy on balcony as low dividing walls.Furniture a little worn in room.

It is good economy hotel in the very centre of Cala Ratjada. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. There are many good restaurants all around especially at the promenade. Parking is not a problem along the streets. Breakfast was various and quite tasty but monotonous. It is good base for traveling along east and sout coast of Mallorca.

Electric kettle in the room could be good idea. Breakfast could be more varied.

Breakfast is great. I have gluten intolerancy and they have gluten free toast and muesli, but you have to ask them from the very kind lady at the kitchen. Reception lady / owner is really friendly and helpful too. There are free beach accessories like beach umbrella, cooling bag and toiletries at the reception which the guests can use during their stay. There are very beautiful beaches near this hostal.

There was no air conditioning, just ventillators (we know this in advance as it was stated in the booking), which we didn't find comfortable. To cool down a little, we have opened the balcony door but the street was really loud during the day and during night, which made us uncomfortable and difficult to sleep.

Spacious room. Best value for money in the island. Breakfast included in the price and for a 2 star hotel is more than satisfactory. Umbrellas for the sun, beach balls and sun screens were provided for free. The receptionist and hotel owner was really great and very helpful to all of our needs.

No air condition( only fan on the ceiling, which was not very powerful-they gave us extra fan as well). No refrigerator in the room,but we gave them all we needed and they kept it in the common refrigerator of the hotel.

Located close to the harbour and near to the pubs and clubs. The nearest bus stop is less than a 3 minute walk away.The rooms are simple and clean and are attended to most days except Thursdays and Saturdays. Our room had a fridge and an air conditioner but not all rooms have this.There is someone at the front desk at all times and they are very helpful.There is a basket of products and seaside equipment that departed guests have left, which is very helpful.

Breakfast options were limited and lacked variety, but for the cost of the accommodation that includes a free breakfast, I can’t really really complain.

Good breakfast, very clean room, daily cleaning and changing of towels. Very good value for money. It can be sometimes very hot as there is no AC (this was clearly declared even before booking and after booking). Very good central location and very kind stuff. I would back definitely.

Only one thing I didn't like, it is quite a noisy area. Motorbikes all through the night, ear plugs are handy.

The best thing is the location. Located in Cala Rajada town with a distant of about 500 meters to the south beach and about 1.5km to the north beach The breakfasts are very nice with a wide range of choice. The rooms are cleaned almost everyday so you don’t need to worry much about cleanliness and the trush since the garbage bin is quite small and the towels are also exchanged everyday A great surprise was a YouTube option on TV

One of the biggest disadvantages of this property is the temperature especially on the third floor . There is a fan but it doesn’t help much and the nights were hard to sleep because of a temperature. Opening a balcony might cool the room a bit but the streets are loud at night what is an another obstacle . The streets are very narrow what is typical for Mallorca but there is no hotel parking what means that sometimes you need to look for the parking space what is not easy.

I first stayed here 5 years ago when I was looking for the cheapest room I could find to leave my bags while i went off for a long party. But I was very impressed by the whole experience and didn’t bother to look elsewhere when the party came around again, five years later: I booked, well in advance, and arrived to find that, if anything, the hostal had got better. I think this budget hotel is a bit of a gem because it is run by someone who really cares about keeping the standards consistently high. As a result, the place is both well managed and well curated.

There’s no florist shop nearby. I wanted to thank the hotel with a bunch of flowers, but I had to give up looking and run for a plane.

What a gem! The staff is lovely, accommodation is basic, but clean and comfortable. Breakfast was included and a lovely surprise. The area is safe and super family friendly, supermarkets, restaurants and even a playground for my little one less than 4 minutes walk. Behind reception they have sun umbrellas and beach toys that you can borrow, and it was a total life saver as this was my first trip alone with my toddler. Honestly they were great, super attentive to us and I would come back in a heartbeat!

Very hard to find parking spaces as it’s quite central in Cala Radjada, but we managed as it was off season. Walls are not super thick, so heard a lot of the late night talk in both adjacent rooms, but little one slept through :)Would still come back, just minor things.
