Clean, friendly staff and excellent food

It was clean. The bartender was friendly and the staff working the breakfast daily were very nice. The breakfast was wonderful.

Tiny room and no view. I recommend asking for a balcony. The pool area felt very small.

We visited this hotel at the end of September this year, and we can give it our full recommendation!First of all, the value for money is excellent. The hotel is very clean, with housekeeping taking care of the rooms daily. The variety of food offered for both dinner and breakfast is impressive. The prices at the poolside bar are more than reasonable.The hotel also offers convenient services, such as vehicle rental that can be arranged at the reception for the following days. Additionally, we booked a transfer to the airport for just €17 per person, which is a great option if you don’t want to take public buses (since transfers involve changing buses).The reception staff and employees in general were extremely friendly.As for the location, about a 15-minute walk from the hotel, you’ll find Cala Gat, which, in our opinion, is the most beautiful beach in the area. Moreover, in just 15 minutes by public bus, you can visit Cala Mesquida, another stunning beach.We highly recommend both the hotel and the destination—great location and a solid 10/10 for everything!

The room was very clean and the location of the property is perfect. The public transport to the property from the airport was also very easy to use and you are able to walk to quite a few beaches in the area. We would definitely consider Hotel Chevy if we ever visit Mallorca again.

The location was amazing. Close to a beautiful beach. Very peaceful and quiet. The hotel was clean, the breakfast was delicious, they gave us free welcome drinks and the staff were were sweet.

There was no fridge in the room.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and everything was simply perfect! From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, always ready to assist with any request. The hotel itself was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully designed.The location is also ideal, making it easy to explore the surrounding area.

Staff was excellent - they were friendly and accommodating, rooms clean, location great, breakfast was extensive and executed very well.

We had to pay for the in room safe. It wasn’t expensive but should have been part of the room price

No refrigerator in the room. It was not possible to dry out the swimsuits and towels as there was no drying rack or balcony. Not so much protein in breakfast if you are vegetarian. Noise was coming from the corridors into the room.

The rooms are small and the sink was very tiny. No storage , no hooks for towels Refrigerator I asked for , I got , but not very cold.

Big groups of obnoxious German men drinking and being disrespectful of other guests. The girl working at the pool bar outside during the day seemed miserable to be there every day and was unfriendly.

In our room the bathroom was “open” so when taking a shower we could see each other which was strange

The food is English oriented. We booked a suite and only had airco in one room. The other room had no airco installation.

Lovely hotel, staff willing to help with everything, helped us with car rental. Breakfast and dinner changed each day and had something for everyone. We chose this hotel because of its great location and good public transportation lines but ended up blown away by everything else.

OUR SECOND VISIT! All the staff were so friendly , helpful and professional .From reception - Esperanza , Llana , Judith and Paco -the manager- were on site and always making us feel at home with their smiles and help . Esperanza was able to help us with our room choices as requested , the view from the balcony was exceptional and hardly any noise ! The beds were comfortable ! The hotel was so clean all the time! Also, the staff at the restaurant were super friendly and clearing our tables immediately ; they gave us interesting info about what to do in the area during la Fiesta del Carme ! -particularly Toni and Cristina - so kind hardworking and sweet - rushed off their feet !We are going to miss talking to them every breakfast and dinner! We loved the food as the chef Jaime and assistant chef provided a variety of dishes every night! He gave me advice on food combinations , too :)!The food was delicious ,fresh and felt home - made !The girl at the pool / bar area was so efficient too . The cleaner - Yami made sure our room was cleaned properly and was so helpful and hard working . The night guard was friendly too. The location was excellent , close to local beaches and town centre! All in all , a magnificent longer stay this time .Look forward to coming back ! THANK YOU Chevy !

We disliked smell of cigarette coming from other balconies during some mornings and nights !

Small room, but enough for one person.

First we didn't plan to go to Cala Ratjada - since our main plan was to go to Peguerra. But then, we decided that we should spend two days over there - and we found the hotel Chevy. The location is perfect - in a very calm neighborhood and just a few minutes walk from two beaches - cala Gat is 5-8 mins by a walk while Cala Son Mol is like 15 minutes but you have a pleasant walk by the seaside. Although the apartment doesn't have parking i managed to find a spot in front of the hotel every time i got back. Btw near the hotel there are two public parkings maybe 100 m from it - both of them. The staff was great and very pleasant. The rooms are very clean and they are cleaned on a daily level. The pool is great and the atmosphere is very calm - there you can order a beer or cocktails that are prepared like in any regular cafe (they are not something like pre-pared before like it's the case in some all inclusive hotels). The beds are very soft and comfortable.

Our stay at this hotel was delightful! The highlight was undoubtedly the delicious breakfast that kickstarted our mornings. The lovely swimming pool provided a perfect retreat, and Damian, the bartender, added a special touch with his friendly service and great recommendations. The clean and well-maintained room, coupled with daily fresh towels, ensured a comfortable and refreshing stay. Highly recommend this hotel for a perfect blend of hospitality and amenities.

The Wi-Fi is as useful as a waterproof teabag

Staff was very polite and friendly. Outstanding buffet, especially dinner, with changing courses every day and soft drinks and wine included. The location is great as it is really close to all the shops and restaurants, but it is a quiet area. Although parking is not provided, we did not have problems finding a parking place in the street.
