Bell Port Hotel

The property was clean in general, the staff was mostly helpful and friendly, and the breakfast was decent with scrambled and fried eggs. The hotels offers a beach kit with two towels, an umbrella and a large bottle of water for 25€ per day, which is quite useful if you want to go to some remote beaches.

I would strongly advise to refuse room 308. It is on the top floor with slow and very variable water flow, high temperature that the AC cannot cope with and slow WiFi. After two nights, we discovered a large number of ants in the room. The first solutions I was offered was ant poise in a spray bottle, which I find completely unacceptable. After some discussion, we were given a different room downstairs. It left the feeling that the hotel was trying to offer us something that they would not even use themselves personally. The new room, however, was decent and comfortable.

The room and the location

The sweet breakfast is limited in the choice.The sink of the bathroom was quite small.

Inexistent phonic isolation. You can hear every noise and every word from all the other rooms/baths/hall. I was not able to sleep well due to this.The bread have a sticky core even if is well baked. Please change it.

Location relatively central. Clean and modern rooms.Nice staff.

Bed/pillows could be more comfortable

The location was not too far from the beach. Breakfast was fine.

- very bad Wi-Fi- very noisy street, our windows faced the "central" road. Since there was not good ventilation in the room we had to open the window, and it was very noisy from cars and music from the very loud restaurant nearby.- no glasses or cups in the room, no kettle as well.

Excellent value, the staff are friendly, excellent location, within walking distance to the beach. Calla Ratjada is a little paradise, we had a fantastic week here, lots of wonderful restaurants, this is coming from people who are current living in SoCal California.

Wifi was a bit slow sometime.

Nice hotel at the centre of the town and very close to the beach. The rooms are spacious and have all the necessary items and a nice balcony. The breakfast was also nice and with great selection. The staff was friendly.

No complaints, for a three star hotel it was great, only remark is that a smell was coming from the bathroom, but it is understandable due to the heat.

The staff was very unfriendly and unhelpful. We had problems with the AC and after three days no one able to help us. I expected a call from the manager, but he clearly didn’t want to deal with me so he called me, rang once and hung up. VERY DISAPOINTING.

The accommodation was clean and cozy. The room was just perfect, you don’t even hear noises from other hotels.The staff was very friendly and polite.

Great location to access the most beautiful beach in the area, Cala Aguila. Not far from the promedate of Cala Ratjada center, where you can find all sort of restaurants and bars.

The walls are not sound proof.

We liked the staff they were really thoughtful and helped us a lot. We liked the double bed and the terrace and that the room was spacious enough for all. We liked a lot Cala Ratjada, very nice area. It was easy to park on the street and free. A lot of supermarkets in the area, restaurants, you can easily find whatever you need at not so expensive prices.

We didn’t quite like the breakfast, the food was fine but very simple and not many variety/choices.

Nice and cozy rooms, balcony views, good location and lots of parking options
