The building itself was beautiful.

The bed was so uncomfortable I woke up with back pain every day. It was as hard as a rock. Some of the staff were friendly, others were a bit rude.

If you are planning to go to Cala Ratjadada, it is the best place to stay. Hispanic feeling, kind people, good breakfast, great location.

The walls were a bit thin—we could hear our neighbors at times—but it wasn’t a major issue and overall the stay was very comfortable!

Room was dark not enough lighting, Strong sewer smell. Shower head positioned at the centre of the bath and facing to the middle of bathroom. Very uncomfortable idea. Overpriced breakfast, with a long waiting time and the portion is small. I never experienced the same before. We had to order extra portion for additional cost just not to stay hungry. Lots of complaints about the breakfast in previous reviews and the management not willing to change. They will answer for your review, and keep saying breakfast is great and not expensive.

It was our second stay at the hotel, it’s clean and the staff is nice. The nicer rooms are on the garden side.

Some of the rooms need renovation. The shower in our bathroom war weirdly positioned, so that if you are not careful, you wet the whole floor. The bed was pretty uncomfortable, you can hear everything in the neighbor room and the cleaning staff early in the morning.

Paying for breakfast. No water in room after first day. Teacups, saucers and kettle but no tea,coffee,milk or spoons! Paying for beach towels.

Included breakfast was very regimented. 1 cup of coffee, 1 glass of juice (no choice), 1 cup chopped fruit, 2 pieces of toast. Any deviation was charged for. I have never had an included breakfast that limits hot drinks to 1 cup. There was no drinking water in the room. Overall, the accommodation was good but the hospitality was lacking

Staying here was so lovely, the staff were very welcomming and helpful and the hotel itself has a lovely charm. Enjoying an evening drink and breakfast in the courtyard was lovely. The room was very comfortable and spacious. I would highly recommend staying here!

Very beautiful old building. It has a great garden which you can enjoy an afternoon drink. The staff was very helpful and friendly.
