Facilities inc. 3 pools plus spa pool. Easy access to nearby beach and about 20 min walk to the Port.

Dining was sometimes very busy and felt at times like a canteen.

Very clean and fine hotel. Bonus point for the breakfast. Also in August usually free parking space near the hotel on the streets.

Entertainment was quite close to the rooms in building 3, so was sometimes irritating in the evenings.

The room was very nice and clean. The location is perfect, close to the beach. The hotel offers nice entertainment like mini golf, ping pong and pool for 1eur and we really enjoyed it. There is also live music in the cozy bar on certain days of the week.

The choice of food for breakfast could be more varied.

The hotel is very clean and quiet

The plumbing has issues - the water in my toilet was sucked back into pipes so my room was filled with sewer smells. The toilet also when it didn’t have some water in it leaked onto the floor. my stay was 4 nights and I was only able to move rooms on last night. The stench could be smelt in the hall way.

Really large hotel so you never felt on top of anyone. Staff were excellent and all facilities clean. Great see views.

Our room was on the small side. If booking advise booking a superior plus room in the new part of the hotel. Much better facilities.

Excellent location, super close to beach and close to bus stop, and groceries. Very helpful and accomodating team/service, great value room (heated yay!), quiet, modern.

really 2 mini minuses: the outdoor swimming pools were too cold /not heated as I planned to do some laps but hey it was end of April. Second: the fruits at the breakfast buffet: no ripe bananas or any other (organic) good looking fruits that seems appealing to me neither any healthy granola. Easy fix: brought my banana and regarding outdoor pool, I will inquire about this in the future.

Very clean, large hotel with outdoor three pools and indoor pool/spa. The pool area was lovely and plenty of loungers. I stayed in the new extension and my room (double plus) was clean, comfortable and spacious, and a great shower. It’s really close to Cala Agulla beach and a short walk into the town. The hotel is geared up towards German visitors, so staff mostly speak Spanish/German but they were very patient with my attempts at Spanish. I had half board but I ate out most nights, the breakfast had plenty of options and food was fresh and tasty. All the staff were friendly and good service at meal times.
