Nice hotel quite near to centre, there are very thin walls but quiet street. Amazing breakfast, a lot of choices. Friendly staff, great communications.

We had the balcony and the breakfast was pretty tasty. Our bathroom was brand new.

There was no internet and no aircon.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Vista Sol, and it was a great experience from start to finish. The hotel is very comfortable and the location is great for this beautiful coastline. The room was spacious, clean, and offered a great view of the area.

A very good breakfast. Friendly staff. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, promenade, beach. I suppose that for the area the hotel is a good price. The room was very nice and clean. I’d give it a good rating if it wasn’t for the AC which they don’t have, but in cooler months I’m sure it’s fine.

My own mistake I didn’t read there was no AC in the hotel. And It was Very Very hot in our room which was on the top floor. The situation on lower floors could be different, mostly likely it’s fine on the ground floor. There’s a fan but in July it only helps a bit. We slept with the balcony door fully open welcoming mosquitoes, but it was the only option that helped to breathe. I actually saw somebody taking their mattress outside and sleep on the terrace.

It was too hot (35-40°C) in the room to be able to stay there. The weak fan had a timer with a max run time of two hours. The door to the balcony couldn't be opened, was broken. The pool was closed from 19 to 7. Awful place. Response at the desk to our requests was "what did you expect at that price?". We left after half an hour never to return.

The breakfast was amazing, especially considering the price of the hotel. Lots of fresh options, local produce, etc. The location is perfect, on a quiet street but less than 5 min walk from the town centre, the beach etc. Great value for money.

There was no A/C in the room, only a small fan with short cable. Besides that, no soap in the bathroom and water in the shower randomly turned hot/cold.

Good location, close to Cala Gat beach and just a short walk to the harbour. The surroundings are pretty quiet and calm. The breakfast had a good selection of hot and cold foods: sandwiches, sweet pastries, eggs, bacon, cereal and yoghurt. The vibe around the hotel was relaxed and comfortable. The pool area is small but nice to cool off in. I also enjoyed that our room had a balcony (although shared with neighbours, so it offered no privacy but a good place to hang wet swimsuits).

The first thing we encountered was cockroaches in the room, crawling at us at night. There is no air conditioning, but a fan in the room that makes it ok cold. About 90% of the hotel guests speak German, and there was no signs or information available in English.

Breakfast was just excellent. We stayed only for 4 days so it was every day almost similar but the selection was large so everybody can find what he likes. Melon, joghurt, musli, a lot of fresh bakery products, juices, coffee, tea...just everything. Stuff was refilling food all breakfast time so if you came later you still had everything.Personal was kind but guy at night shift couldn't speak English so it was a but confusing during the check-in. Pillow were from memory foam, for many people it's big plus. Cala Gat, Cala Ferradura, Calla Agulla and centre of Cala Ratjda – everything is nearby and although it's not far away from centre, it's calm nice street.

We knew about that in advance but air conditioner is really missing there. The room is not so big so the air isn't moving at all and if it's 30'C it's just awful in combination with mallorquise air humidity. At least we had a fan in the room.The balcony is quite big but it's separated from other balconies just with tiny divider so you don't have any private.

Very loud team of young people also did not take into account the silence of the night. Receptionist had to intervene.5. Open terraces where people could smoke - I felt everything in my room.6. People on higher floor was smoking and ash was on our towels which were drying on our balcony.7. Hotel totally focused on German, all information in our room was in German - no Spanish, no English (all that town was focused on German, menu in restaurant in German etc.).8. No soap (there was a soap container but empty and wasn't fill in during our week staying).9. Window view.
