We booked a sea view room and didn¿t get one. The hotel was fully booked, so offered us a free dinner in the hotel. It was a buffet and the quality of the food was AWFUL. Wasted our evening and calories. Breakfast was included but it wasn¿t much bett

Location and friendly staff

The hotel is quite old and needs renovation. Many facilities did not work properly, and the cleanliness was below expectations. Breakfast was disappointing, made with the cheapest ingredients and not tasty. Overall, not worth the price.

The hotel location is perfect in front of the beach.

The attitude of the pool lifeguard was terrible! We placed our towels over 3 sunbeds and she let someone else take it! Be mindful that there is NOT ENOUGH sunbeds around the swimming pool and they do not care if someone take your towel or sunbed. Very disrespectful and disorganized.Also our family room had an opening with Natural light and every 3 early morning we would wake up because it couldn’t be covered up.

Good value and nice beach area

The WiFi was lousy, ended up having to use cell data at cost. Mosquitoes, no screens on the windows, and no air conditioning.

Rooms very old and not clean. Air condition was dripping water all the time. We asked the reception to check it they informed is that there is no technician available after 9pm. So we had to sleep in a hot room. No value for the money we paid.The property doesn't have a direct beach for them as advertised at Booking. Therefore this was a big disappointment. We had to pay 20€ for 2 lounges per day to be able to be on the beach. Restaurant staff were not helpful at all. We had to clean our table and set up the cutlery for breakfast and dinner. Then you have strict rules which don't allow guests to use the pool before 10am and no later than 6pm.

Very pleasant staff, very helpful, charming General Manager (Arturo). Will look forward to another break here.

Unstable WiFi

The hotel is located directly at the Son Moll beach, the view from the room and from the terrace (breakfast & dinner) is breathtaking!Breakfast was very good, with lots of options (for example Crêpes every day), fresh fruits and very good coffee. Breakfast was until 10, but I heard they will change it to 10:30.Also there's a new indoor wellness area, with a small heated pool, jacuzzi and a nice sauna.Personnel was also very friendly and helpful. ? I didn't want my holiday to end, I will for sure return again.

The furniture and the door makes noise (bathroom door) and you can hear this noise from other rooms. They could put pads under the chairs to prevent this noise.

Great food and selection. The breakfasts were great and there is something for everyone. Themed dinners were nice. I would just appreciate basic drinks included. The staff was helpful and I have to highlight the tranquility and absolute cleanliness.

Squeaky beds and he wasn't very willing to deal with it. I had a late arrival and was informed in advance that I should get a cold dinner, unfortunately I was not offered anything at the reception, neither was my wife when she arrived, so we paid for one dinner extra

The sauna!its the coldest sauan ive ever experienced,And the old bartender at the bar he ia rude and slow. The hotel needs to find a replacement who is nice and know how to speak English..most of th guest the are 80 germans and other nationalities who doesn't speak spanish.

Very nice and spacious room, bathroom. Additional pillow just rewarding. Very close to the beach with clean and turquoise water. The staff absolutely fabulous and helpful.

I do love this hotel! The view, the facilities, is literally in from of the beach, the food was amazing and all the events that they have for the guess. Definitely I will be back here next time

Great location with nice sea view. Breakfast was amazing! Room very spacious with a nice balcony.

We were a couple and got 2 single beds instead of a double bed. Bathroom not clean, mirrors very dirty and floor as well.

The location was perfect, so easy to get out and about, the best restaurants in the area nearby

No Wi-Fi facility nowhere, not even after many complaints, they just provide various excuses.

Hotel’s location is amazing: no need to go anywhere - a beautiful beach with crystal clear water is right in front of the hotel - which was great as the weather was a bit unstable during our stay. All we had to do when it was starting to rain is to make 15 steps to hide in the hotel.In the area there are plenty of restaurants and bars.

The hotel is pretty old and needs some refurbishment. Our room was spacious but the furniture needs to be renewed, especially the beds and mattresses.

The location of the hotel is perfect, the beach nearby is nice and clean. The restaurant in the hotel is amazing, especially diners with different themed food every day.

The Wi-Fi was quite slow sometimes

The breakfast is included. The food was great. The service was great as well.

Maybe if they they provided some parking space that belongs to the hotel. Parking on the street was a bit risky. In some places they can tow away your car or give you a parking ticket.
