Not much food between main dishes, small bar, not a lot of choice. Bar only till 11

The proximity to the beach and town center. The breakfast had variety and was okay.

The cupboards were dusty.

The food was awful breakfast was really not good

Amazing location and the room are comfortable and clean. The view from the balcony was amazing and the city is really nice. We enjoyed our stay there.

There is still place for some renovation and to do a room better for stay.

Position of Hotel is good.

Hotel is rated 4 stars,and it is worth 2stars.Hotel is ruined,mold and moisture ruined everything.Bed is separated and J had De luxe room,curtain was ripped,doors broken...Breakfast was nice but dinnner is for the cheapest Hotels,not even close to 4star hotels in continental Spain.There is no parking from Hotel,you must get on your own,and you must have a rent a car.

Location was fabulous, breakfast was also good. It was clean and modern.

The noise, there were a lot of 20-30’s staying there and the music and door banging between 9pm and 10pm was awful, just showed no respect to other guests. The room was on the small side and no bathroom as such just a sink in the main room with separate shower and separate toilet which seemed a strange configuration.

The deluxe suite was amazing, has a hot tub in the room and lots of space to move around. Staff were very friendly and the hotel is in an excellent location.

The bed was 2 single beds pushed together instead of a double.The choice of food and drinks on the all inclusive menu was poor, we stopped eating in the restaurant as there was very little selection and the food that was available wasn't enjoyable.

Location is excellent, close to beach, promenade and center.

The room was not fresh with broken corners and paint peeling at the bottom. Terrace was open to everyone. The room had a strange shape and configuration with the toilet in a small cubby, the sink outside and the shower bang in the room.

The staff was super friendly. The place clean. The beds comfortable.

The toilet has a glass door that didn’t close properly so you had the feeling of using the toilet being in the middle of the room. The breakfast was tolerable for 3 days, but after that I would have gone somewhere else.

The staff were mostly quite helpful and friendly. The restaurant staff was A+. They were consistently friendly and committed to doing a good job. The chefs were very personable and did great food prep.

Breakfasts were excellent

When we arrived we were told that we had to pay extra for a safety deposit box, yet on the Bookings.com invoice, the room type we selected included the safety deposit box. We were told to take the matter up with bookings.com

The balcony and hot tub, unfortunately the hot tub was very sticky which was super disappointing

The hot tub water was extremely stinky when you turned the jets on.

Great location close to the beach and lots of great restaurants.

The room was cold and I didn't see the thermostat until the next morning.After that,it was good.

Location is perfect, it is one block from the promenade, view from our 3rd floor room was good. Staff are very friendly, food is in general good quality.

Don't expect a 4 star hotel. While it is not at all a bad hotel, it's just not quite worth it's 4 star rating. Maintenance is not a priority. No room service. No coffee/tea making facility in the room. Our room was very oddly-shaped. With a huge open area and one couch on one side, and the shower, hot tub and bed crowded together in the other half of the room.That being said, it is still worth it if you come with the expectation of a 3 star, maybe.

Great hotel! Amazing location. Fantastic buffet breakfast by the pool.

Wi fi was average. Our room had water damage in the door so the door was very hard to open and close.
