Location, nice and comfy garden, staff very friendly and helpful.

Food was very cold,fry egg for breakfast was ice cold. Yes,it's huge selection of foods for lunch and dinner, but everything is cold. Its pity, because is huge choice, but it's not possible to eat.

Rooms were comfortable. All foods were delicious. The night activities, music, dance shows, games are very nice and entrataining. Hotel is in a good location, everywhere in the center of kemer is accesible by foot and beach is just next door

We bought economy room for 3 nights.During check-in, they said they gave our room to somebody else and offered us to a higher standard room for one night and they expected to change the room for following day. Firstly, room they provided us was not higher standard than the one we booked to be honest and we talked to them and managed to not change the room, but I think it was a bit inappropriate to ask changing and give our room to somebody else. Also, we bought all inclusive package containing all local alcholic and non alcholic beverages. In fact, they provided only one brand of each drinks and even if other one is local beverage they asked extra money for this. Again it was inconvenient situation. Mz suggestion to people that they are thinking to book this hotel is "always be sure what you bought as service. Except those ones, it was still good hotel overall. All things aside, music list playing during the nights must be improved.More diverse and international music must be included as a suggestion

Food quality was bad, even found big pieces of plastic in it… Room was terrible, not isolated at all you can hear everything and everyone. There is loud music until 23:30 so sleeping early was no option with these rooms. We could hear all our neighbours talk and everything. Pool and elevator out of order… Staff was rude, a little few where nice. Worst hotel I’ve ever been too… Shower head was broken too. Not worth the money.

Great location

Didn’t have a warm welcoming. The reception was quite rude. Asked early check- in weeks before arriving and didn’t get any answer from the hotel. After arrival of course didn’t get the early check-in and reception made me wait for hours before they gave the room. Then it turned out that they don’t have any available room what I paid for and they put me to a cheaper room ( right away there was a problem with the room door lock and had to wait technicians). The room was tiny, dark and shower head was broken. Next day asked the reception what time is gonna be the room change - they said come back in 1 hour - and so I did. Then the reception told me they don’t have any clean available room to give me - so I waited another 2-3hours to get the room. Didn’t get any compensation or anything for that problem.Food wasn’t really tasty and the selection of food was poor. The glasses from the bar were always dirty. Mostly the personnel talks russian and felt that they prefer russians as their guests.WIFI also didn’t work good. Overall wouldn’t recommend this hotel to a friend.

The location is good and the beach is very nice.Some members of the staff were very friendly. We got the room ready around 11.30, which was earlier than regular check-in, and they kept out luggage for a few hours on the last day.

People who work in the "spa" are extremely annoying. They were constantly trying to convince us for some of the treatment that are not for free. They would come by the table where you sit and eat in the restaurant and talk to you. We didn't go to the spa at all because it felt annoying explaining yourself that you don't want a massage. The food gets boring after the second day. The drinks from the bar are cheap. Beds are not very comfortable. We spotted a few cockroaches in the bar, but luckily, none in the room. Rooms are small even if you upgrade to "deluxe." The partial see view is a view to the chimney and the garbage containers from other restaurants - this is "deluxe". The regular rooms don't have a balcony at all.

Reception staff- shocking Didn’t even tried to sort my issue !I’ve booked comfort room with 2 separate bed but I’ve got 1 bed. When I asked receptionists to change it as I don’t want to sleep with my mum on a same bed !!! I’ve been told that they can change the room but give me economy without balcony. Then I’ve asked for compensation, as price for economy and comfort are different - they said NO and didn’t offer any other alternatives.I’ve advised that I can stay here for a night and then can you change it , the answer is NO!I’m sorry , why you don’t have the room what I’ve asked you and paid for? Why you didn’t even tried to sort it out? Why there was no other suggestions ?So as soon as we arrived the mood was ruined We’ve got 1 cover . Thanks that when we asked we’ve got 1 extra Everyday housekeeping came and took dirty towel(what I’ve put on the floor) but didn’t give clean one (first day we had 5 towels,last day 2) Floor never vacuumed and washed in the roomP.SRussian speaking woman , always on her mobile phone ,never pays attention to the guests Restaurants staff ( I think that was manager in white shirt rude)

Location is really good, it is in the center of Kemer so you have chance to go outside of hotel. The beach and sea is clean.

It was very noisy all night long, music didn’t stop until 4 am and we couldnt get another room. We booked comfort room and we got different small one.

The location was in the center. Food was also good.

The problem with air conditining. When we checked in air conditioning didn’t work. Imagine staying in a room without air conditioning in 35 Celsius. And interestingly, staff didn’t change our room immediately. We had to stay for 5-6 hours in extremely hot conditions. Staff’s reaction was too slow

The staff were very nice, helpful and friendly. Specially Ozcan in reception and The best waiter I have ever seen in my life was Amerhan . He was really polite and professional in his job and helpful. I really appreciate his manner. Cleaner staffs were very good as well.

The room was good and the hotel all round was well presented

Music was too loud for too long into the night. You couldn’t escape the noise anywhere in the hotel, and regularly nobody was even dancing.

Location of the hotel, beach line and sea, I think it's the best out of all hotels in a line, stuff was also friendly and nice, helpful. Many thanks to the stuff of Café, Barbarossa bar and chefs at snaks bar. Towels were changed every day and room itself was good enough

Quality of food was not very good. We booked a room with view on mountains, but got a room with view on the street with trash bins of Subways. There was no entertainment in the hotel. Once on a weekend there was a Turkish night, it was nice. But it was a bit boring on daily basis, comparing to other hotels

Staff (the two Turkish guys - Mustafa and especially his manager who wasn’t hospitable and approachable at all!) Unfortunately, I don’t remember his name… starts with Ya… Moreover, the cleaner left our room open twice after cleaning while we were absent. She should have checked it properly since we had some valued stuff inside! The only thanks to catering staff who did their job properly and were quite friendly with us.

The meals are good, especially liked the vegetable meal choices and staff is very helpful. Though the hotel was full, there was no problem.

There is very loud music everyday between 9 pm. until midnight. If you like it quiet, this is not the right place.

When I wanted to pay for the hotel, although I gave the US dollars that were put into circulation in 2006, the accounting department did not accept them, saying that they were old dollars. So I had to pay by credit card. What I liked most about the hotel was the staff. In particular, the attitude of Ferhat Buluc, Yahya Kendirci, Mrs. Mina in the restaurant was very nice. The hotel provides normal service for the money paid. It would be unfair to expect more from a 4-star hotel. The hotel is in the center of the city, you can go everywhere on foot. The hotel has a private beach, the sea is very clean, but the seashore and interior are made of stone, not sand. Bar Barossa was the most fun part of the hotel for me. I also liked Ilhan the bartender. He is a funny person. The hotel management should give more value to the staff. Personally, if I ever come to this hotel, I will come because of the staff.

It would be nice to increase the list of free alcoholic drinks and cocktails.It would be nice to have a shuttle service for guests to the airport.

High cleanliness standards are great to see. Staff are very welcoming and helpful. With great bar and restaurant, food was great. Beach was very clean.

Low noise isolation in rooms, very loud music until the midnight from the bar outside could disturb people which wants to rest in the room.
