We had been advised by you when booking that breakfast was from 0800. We had a very important meeting at 0900. Breakfast infact is not available there until 0900. We were offered a plastic container of bread etc. which was kind of the hotel, but NOT a breakfast experience. This hotel is downgraded due to your description.

Lovely clean hotel. Friendly staff and in a great location. Everything you could need was included in the room. Breakfast was sufficient. Wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

I had the pleasure of staying at MİYAS Hotel, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish.The facilities were absolutely top-notch, with every detail thoughtfully designed to ensure comfort and convenience. My room was modern, spacious, and equipped with all the amenities one could ask for, making it the perfect retreat after a busy day. The common areas, including the lounge and fitness center, were immaculate and beautifully maintained.The staff went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. From the warm welcome at check-in to the attentive service throughout my visit, every interaction was a delight. They were incredibly professional, friendly, and eager to assist with any requests, big or small.Cleanliness was another standout aspect. The entire hotel, including my room, was spotless and well-maintained. It was clear that the team takes great pride in ensuring a hygienic and comfortable environment for their guests.Overall, MİYAS Hotel exceeded all expectations. I absolutely loved the room clean atmosphere. The towels were perfectly clean, so was the bed. The restaurant in the orchard was amazing and hotel staff had a fireplace made out in the middle of the orchard for us during all night. Cuisine was very good. And I always like a good coffee, which I could get and enjoy to the fullest every morning

The room was a bit small for 2 adults and a child but it was OK in general actually.

Room didn't have the best fitting. Furniture in the room was quite worn. The room was a cluttered for its size.

Great location. Inside and out v clean. Management were accommodating for both early check-in and late checkout. Pool area small but but never crowded. Good shower.

Breakfast was ok, but have to pay extra for yoghurt !Hanging system for clothes needs replacing. Awkward to use, too high and flimsy, so plastic rings holding the hangers break easily. ( No problem getting replacements from maid)Could do with a small fact sheet. V few people were aware that there were towels available for the pool area. Needed to find out from reception that AC doesn't work if balcony doors not shut. Ground floor rooms overlooking restaurant and pool are lacking in privacy if you want some natural light. The net curtains are thick and cut out most of light. ,(There are separate blackout curtains)

Easy walk to beach and town, all facilities. Easy walk to bus for Phaselis. So great location. A really good breakfast, great cakes, extremely clean hotel,pool area and restaurant. Absolute value for money

Clean rooms and a nice restaurant, a very pleasant stay, for breakfast we had a variety of fruits + strawberries (!), reasonable prices for other meals in the restaurant A great sandy beach was about 20 minutes on foot away, which was not a problem for us as we like walking

Some rooms were a little smaller than expected, so it depends on your luck to get a big room

Dishonest advertising. Advertises ground floor but we got a claustrophobic basement room.

We were in room 108The feel of the bed, the pillows, bedsheets were good.The WiFi was fast!.The breakfast was okay.The pool area was amazing!The service was 100%, not 99 but 100%!!The shower had constant hot water and had high flow.

The family room 108 wasnt 28m squared in the way I’d have liked it.I’d read other people mention the room size being too small and I thought they chose 28m squares and got it so shouldn’t complain however the room wasn’t so measured it.The room came in 2 sectionsThe bedroom was 5.5m x 3m = 16.5m squared.The outdoor basement area was 3.5m x 3m = 10.5mThe outdoor area was useless as there was a 6ft barrier with much space at the top and also a 2 foot gap at the end so no private, and there were smokers there so it smelled of smoke leaving us with a room size of 16.5m squared, WAY too small for 2 adults and a 9yr old.We had to out out suitcases on the single bed in the day and move them in the night.I wont be staying there again as the rooms are way too small however, if they got bigger rooms with measurements shown of the room, I would 100% stay there again as EVERYTHING else was exceptional!!

Didn’t enjoy breakfast. It was absolutely same every day and the choice was quite poor

The location is close to the center, but quiet. Also not far from the beach.

The breakfast options didn’t change during our week stay and were pretty limited to begin with. You can still eat a nice meal, it’s just pretty much the same thing every day.

Overall it was good. Comfortable beds. Friendly staff. Breakfasts are really nice. Steffany is still my crush! She adds a lot of positive energy to the vibe of the hotel.

WiFi is weak in rooms. Very tiny sink in the bathroom, the shower space is good. The chef is new and I missed the quality my avocado salad. But my son liked the chicken schnitzel. It was good.I didn't enjoy the beaches of Kemer in the high season - crowds of people.

The rooms were different as described bij booking.com. we booked deluxe room for extra roomspace and payed extra, but in the hotel all the rooms have the same price. Later on booking.com changed the square from furst 24 to 20 m2, but didn't want to return the extra money. Still you have to pay more on booking.com for this rooms, while there is no difference!!! The hotel itself was surprised bij this price difference, all the rooms in the hotel are for the same money.Booking.com doesn't react on this complain, very bad!! So we expected and reserved a bigger room, but there was no.

Great stay while walking the Lycian Way. Rooms very clean with rain shower and great air con (very hot in the summer) with kettle and herbal tea. The pool was wonderful as well as a delicious breakfast with many kinds of fresh fruit/veg and fresh omelettes and egg choice made to order.

The Hotel is in excellent condition. Breakfast is amazing. The place is always clean
