Visited April. The staff were all very attentive and accommodating. The facilities were all kept clean and tidy. Understandably it wasnt peak season so I can’t attest for when it is but there were plenty of guests when we were there, with the dining rooms full during meal times but the staff were always on top of things. Also enjoyed the outdoor and indoor pool and also the sauna. Food was great and options aplenty. Very good value for money I think.

The property is showing signs of age here and there. The property is also in a place where there’s really not much to do if you step out of the resort. The city center is walkable but even there there’s nothing much to do but just plenty of shops to go into. It also get’s noisy until very late in the evening because of the entertainment in the hotel lobby and from the event area by the shore, so if you are a light sleeper this place might not be for you.

The staff are very kind and polite.

The place is very noisy. It is not recommended for relaxing because alot of music and sounds can be heard from around.

Emilia was exceptional and very helpful and all the staff is so nice the food is fresh and tasty and alot of varieties

We had an amazing stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton in Kemer. The clean beach, inviting swimming pool and delicious food made our experience truly memorable. I highly recommend this hotel for a perfect seaside getaway. I want to give a special shout-out to the friendly and attentive staff who went above and beyond to ensure that I had a wonderful stay.I would like to express my sincere appreciation to servers Hasret and Emirkan, as well as housemaid Seda, for their exceptional hospitality. They were incredibly kind and attentive to our baby, and their efforts made our stay truly unforgettable. Thank you for your outstanding service and genuine care.

Hotel needs to fix shower issue for improved comfort and convenience during stay. Although it didn't affect our overall experience.

I felt very respected when the receptionist, whose name I unfortunately do not remember, excluded the 3rd child from the payment, because we at the booking had made a reservation for 2 adults and 2 children!

Everything was perfect, the only thing I didn't like was that we couldn't continue our vacation for a few more days ?,because it was fully booked.

Everything! We were pleasantly surprised about how great our stay was. Food was a particular highlight. Facilities excellent. Lots of fantastic entertainment too and although it was busy the staff did everything they could to help and make our stay pleasant.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The sea views were nice. The workers and waiters were for the most part extremely helpful and friendly.

My cousins and I (group of 7) were forced to pay €450 for the cabana for 3 days otherwise the hotel would decline our reservation and we would be without a hotel for 5 days. Their excuse was the hotel’s policy against large group of boys and hanging out together using the resorts facilities. They told us we had to stay at the cabana for most of the day and not to be seen together on the beach coast and by the pool. They also said because the hotel had a reputation to maintain for young families and couples. Well if this was written on the website or on the booking then we would have reserved another place, somewhere that’s more “friendly” to a larger group of males. We told them that this policy was not communicated to us and asked for some goodwill to provide the cabana for free but they were unhelpful, the best they could do was charge us for the 3 days we’d actually stay in the resort, so excluding the check in and check out days. After travelling 12 hours and waiting for an hour at check in, only to be told this news it was extremely disappointing to be forced to pay €450 otherwise our reservation would be canceled. Very sad.

Good location, you can walk around, beautiful mountains.Amazing entertainment, artists, singers was great, thank you, we enjoyed every evening! Good food, variety and freshness ????

Very loud air conditioning.You cannot open the balcony to breathe fresh sea air because too loud outside- there always some people, who have night parties and smokers

Quality hotel for a decent stayservice, food, beach, infrastructure.I had a good time thanks to the hotel.I also note that my flight was in the evening, so I was able to extend the late check-out, which is very convenient

the location, the pool, many bars, great food, many options, great fresh deserts. best meat meals. and the staff are very polite and easy going

really enjoyed all the different areas available to chill, eat, drink or just head down to beautiful setting by the beach. And the All inclusive is really well done, and worth every cent of total price!

pretty noisy from neighbouring hotels, very loud horrible music most days, and very early morning garbage trucks making lots of noise in outside service lane.

Beds were comfortable. Good Wi-Fi. The nightly shows were good. Generally the staff in the bars were good

Hotel was quite a way from main Kemer. For October sun insufficient sun beds in the sun and have to be up very early to put your towel out. 9am was not early enough. Do not understand why the food trucks were not open in the evening, all closed by 4.30. Had to rely on the buffet or pay the supplement for A La Carte which is not explained in booking. com information. In general the buffet waiting staff were shockingly bad and why can’t the bar in the restaurant serve beer and other drinks but not wine?

I noticed staff worked restlessly to accommodate the guests. Emrah from the public bar was courteous.

Not Having enough sun lounges as it was always taking by the guests early in the morning. It caused a lot of stress and waste of time. Something must be done like set hard rules.

- The food was tasty- Childplaycenter is really good- the woman at the front when walking in to the buffet was lovly and a joy to walk past and stop to chat with. -coffee bar in the lobby was a Nice toutch-all muffins at breackfast was really Nice the dinner cakes Are to sweet to my like but they looked amazing. -the food concept is the best ting with the hotel, the food trucks Are Nice! -Even tho it was things with the hotel that wasent okay we still had a Nice time with our friends but without them i probly would not have enjoyd it since we payd for a room that seems like it wasent Even finish

Our room was not hilton standar, Even the shower stopped working for more then 6 hours until it was fixed. Tings was falling out or not completed and the fire alarm dident have a light and makes me think it wasent working. The among of things that was wrong was shocking. And when complaining at the staff im not sure they ever understood all of what i sad. Lack of english speaking staff- would not understand simple english like colors. Last couple og days we had some or non of the staff serve us drinks with food, bcoz of english some days some people would strugle with our orders. Hilton 5 more like hilton 3

Never in my life have I seen a staff this impolite, not friendly and very disrespectful to the customers! Either at the front desk or the beach!Also they don’t make an effort if you don’t speak Russian! The beach is very small and it’s almost impossible to find a spot and when you do and you leave for the bathroom the take off your towel and act like nothing happened! I’m happy this is not my first time in turkey otherwise I would hate it! And it’s a country I love I would advise people to go to bodrum o fethyie where people and staff are much nicer!

The hotel is very relaxing. Entertainment each evening is genuinely impressive and entertaining. Food is all inclusive but includes such things as an ice cream stand as well as just breakfast, lunch and dinner. Drinks are genuinely a full selection including spirits and not just beer and wine. There was everything I wanted; a private beach just for the hotel; a huge leisure pool with three water slides, an indoor pool for exercise - and a gym - a pub with a pool table inside the hotel and a wonderful massage centre which was super relaxing.
