The food was good with a wide variety of choices, but unfortunately, that’s where the positives end.The staff were quite unprofessional, especially around the pool area where they wouldn't allow guests to sit where they wanted without explanation. The internet was unstable and disconnected frequently, which was frustrating.We stayed in one of the houses, which was old, poorly maintained, and far from clean. The finishing was outdated and the housekeeping was below acceptable standards — it felt like the room hadn’t been cleaned properly at all.The Kids Club staff were friendly, but sadly, there were barely any activities or equipment for children to enjoy.The worst part was the behavior of the staff at the beach and side cafés — their attitude towards female guests was uncomfortable and inappropriate. Additionally, the shopkeepers inside the resort (both in kiosks and stores) seemed to only care about pushing sales and taking advantage of tourists.Overall, apart from the food, the experience was disappointing. The resort was overcrowded with a certain nationality that dominated the atmosphere with loud behavior, and the presence of large groups of single men made it feel far from family-friendly.Sadly, I would not recommend this place and certainly will not return.

Good location and decent gym and pools.

There are number of serious issues which outweigh a good location: (1) low food quality and anti-sanitary conditions (cats' fur on the dining table), (2) the hotel is not suitable for people with allergies as food often lack labels, especially desserts, (3) not working AC, (4) ants in the room, (5) WiFi connection is rather spotty.

Facilities were great! I loved the outdoor strip which felt like its own street with shops, cafe and bar along the strip. Due to the weather I didn’t get to make the most of the outdoor pools but they looked so inviting and it was still fabulous to sit in the sun and drink coffee beside them. Food was great although not much variety- the same meals were served each day. Perhaps because it was the off season when I visited. The hotel was clean and well maintained. The location was lovely to go for a walk to shops and restaurants. A hire car was needed to go and visit Antalya’s sites, but car parking onsite was easily accessible.

Staff were not very friendly. They seemed miserable and like they were being forced to do their job. Some of the staff that I interacted with didn’t speak Turkish or English very well. Staff in the dining area in particular always looked incredibly unhappy to be there. Overall the staff were very young and I wondered if they had any experience in hospitality. They almost seemed scared of interacting with people. Staff morale being low really impacted the feel of the hotel stay and would be a reason why perhaps I might not book again.

Only the activities and the food

The staff were horrible, uncooperative, not friendly at all..The room was awful, old and had a very bad smell, the bed covers and blankets were having spots and hair (not too many, but they were there!)The staff didn’t try to solve our problems, they didn’t help me while locating our luggage during checking in, they later me grab the 3 luggages by myself from the car to the door on the right only since the other door the receptionist said we cannot open, and never helped me bring them in, i did it alone and my tired family waiting for me.At the check out, again they forced me to leave my luggage outside the resort in the park till the driver arrives..A smell of sewage water was filling the room and the guest relations did literally nothing after informing them many times, we barely could stay in the room with the smell..They promised to cone to the room to see the problem but they didn’t, when i told the guy who fills the minibar in the morning, he came in and noticed the smell, picked up the phone and called the reception and again they did nothing!After all of this, when i needed a late checkout, they charged me 65$ for 5 hours!

Smoke. Everywhere. It is horrible. People smoke on the streets, at the beach, dining tables and almost every table you can find has an ash tray. I wish there were smoking free areas outside. It is especially bad with children. And because the territory is small, you can't hide from it anywhere. So stay away if you are a non-smoker or travel with kids. Also the playground doesn't seem to be safe.

The only good thing about this resort is the food. Good variety of food and and acceptable quality. The bed was comfortable although the double beds are actually two single beds being put together.

This hotel is really for people who want to party, not relax. The rooms look old and worn out too. It’s always noisy on the beach and almost all common areas because of the loud music. We paid extra for a sea view room, only to find it was situated directly in front of a noisy open-air disco that played very loud music until 2 AM. Our first night was sleepless, and the hotel offered no compensation when we moved to a quieter, albeit smaller, land view room. Booking.com didn’t help us with this issue either. Also, there’s no shuttle service to the airport, which many other hotels in the area offer. I won’t be coming back to this hotel.

I’m still shocked my sunglasses was stolen in the middle of the main pool area and i talked with the security and they checked two days later, that’s a robbery, how come a hotel with 24/7 parties isn’t secured by cameras, i even showed the exact place and i told them i saw the guy was wearing it but they acted so selfish because I wasn’t russian maybe otherwise they will be running , I’m still in shock hopefully the owners of the hotel will see this i really hope the whole security staff will be fired, i even think they were the one who stole it because they acted so weird, the only good one was MARIA she was trying to help and she even showed me the message she sent to the security but they were scammers, and the day i checked out another guy came and he complained about his sunglasses was stolen. this is our 4th time there and this time it was miserable. that sunglasses were very precious to me that’s such a shame. i still have all the information with details if you really want to do something about it.

The quality, quantity, and freshness of food were great. The entertainment/animation team was unique. The hotel relationship was greatly helpful, especially Maria, who put 100 percent. The staff were friendly. The location was extraordinary.

What I suggest the hotel is, please play a light/soft music, not a harsh music at lobby as the guests are gonna take some relaxing time together while drinking and talking. Besides, do not disturb the quiet environment of the hotel beach by playing loud music after 12 midnight disco. Many guests would like to listen to the sea waves at midnight, not the disco music :)

Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Taste of the food was reasonable. It was close to the city center and outside attractions.

I stayed four nights the room got cleaned only once then i came to realize that one of the sheets has either blood or stain on it. options of food was very limited and i ate the same thing for the whole stay in the hotel.

we paid extra £110 in booking.com to have sea view room and when we get there the short man in reception try misleading me and says the room you have it’s sea viwe i have picture it was roh viwe and pool and also worker work every day with noies in pool, and other worker said our sea rooms are under work and it’s not available

This is my third stay in OC, it’s getting even better and more fun. you don’t need to go out the hotel cause everything is inclusive, food/music/wild parties/huge theater for various events every night + that wild-loud disco on the beach-deck. The best hotel in Kemer related to customer service: the reception staff are the best and so professional/helpful, the housekeeping 10/10.

Still the AC (Air-conditioner) one of the big issues in OC-hotel, the room temperature still high + very humid which will prevent you of sleeping, and thus and as American standards, paying more than $200 per night for staying in a hotel without AC considering too high.

Bad working WiFi, you need each time fill the same forms to connect. Terrible ventilation system in SPA and Gum, no fresh air there.

The sauna tile was broken and the pool water was very cold and the food was varied but unfortunately the quality was not good and it caused me stomach ache.

One day they didn’t clean my room and I asked to clean it. When I was back to the hotel in the evening room wasn’t clean. And reception refused to clean it. So I took my forces to insist on cleaning. The rest was fine
