Entertainment is good

Swimming pool is not clean and a lot of people to been sick.You have to self services.Food is okay but very bussy and you have to wait for the foodI dont like to wait and therefore mostly get a no foods Sea is good but no sands evrywhere stones The bar by the sea is very badly

Pool, food, location, kitchen staff was very friendly and helpful, they prepared amazing fresh food.

Bathroom, level of cleanliness, russian guests that have no manners, loud music until late evening. Fridge is falling apart, shower cabin broken, mould everywhere. Unprofessional front office. Kids playing facilities all broken. Ac not cooling properly.

The pool was very clean, every evening there was a different show for all ages and especially for children.All the staff were very kind and willing to help you, only the cleaning staff were not kind and they didn't do their job properly until I complained.

I didn't like that the food was not covered and there were many flies on it, but I complained and they then took action and covered it and used fans.

Great calm location, we had the room with a mountain view to Tahiliki. Short walk to the beach. The bus stop next to the hotel was great, also have to mention the pathways that goes thru the mountains all the way to Kemer was great!

The pool areas was little bit dirty. Our room was not cleaned properly,always missed toilet paper,coffee or towels!!!!

Hotel facilities were extremely clean and comfortable, location is extremely good. Everything was very good, good service staff, food,drinks,everything.Cleaning and cleanliness is excellent.Deffinetly will be coming back.

It was very good value for money. We had pleasant time.The service was amazing.The food was very good, various, it was easy to find what to eat and try something new.Everyone was extremely supportive and polite. There is daily cleaning by the housekeeping and they change the sheets and provide new towels daily.There is daily shows and entertainment by the animation team. 3 minutes walking distance to the beach.The spa center was great. I highly recommend you plan a holiday to this hotel.

4 star rating isnt right . More of a 2 star. Place is really old and not that clean. The toilets smelled really badly and the food was just average.

Swimming pool is good and Mr. Adam the manager is respectful and speaks good English, also Alona is very helpful and sweet ,,but the other lady named Tamila is very rude and her attitude is awful towards non Russian customers ,, noisy and smell of food spread into the rooms morning and evening,, W.C in the reception area is dirty, spots everywhere,,sounds through rooms heard clearly,, no Turkish songs till i commented,,if you're not Russian you will be bored and regret,,food is the worst despite various...my point of view and experience. Sorry to be honest.

Cieaning services are very poor. Food was very boring and not tasty. walking was fraud us about stars of this hotel .

The hotel is big and beautiful. Its quite close to the beach - about 5 mins walking. I found that very good and almost after breakfast or lunch to have a walk. Food and all food organisations were perfect. There was a huge choice of dishes. There were standard dishes and every day, mostly for dinner was something special - tuna fisch, fried chicken, etc. The staff of the hotel is very helpful and friendly. There is also sauna there. Beautiful cats in the whole area:) the hotel allows to stay with pets.The district itself very calm and pleasant for a vacation. Good entertainment show in the hotel.

I do not like room service. For 10 days in the room as well our sink and toilet as the floor in the room were not cleaned up and washed. The toilet drain was not OK- if you travel as a couple or a family, it is complicated to use the toilet. When one used it, another has to wait for about 20 mins before drain tank is full of water again.Lunch boxes- very poor. On our way back we got lunch boxes that consisted of a bottle of water, very small apple and a sandwich only with bread and a piece of cucumber...Beach area is not clean enough. All the lounges are occupied since last night by other hotel guests (by means of leaving a stone on them) and the hotel staff doesn't control it. So, it was complicated to find a vacant lounge.I wish rooms were a little renovated.

Location ok, pool ok and room ok, dolmus ok to explore and good local eateries to compensate for the terrible food.

Food is too repetitive, eggs everyday for breakfast, plastic flimsy cups for drinks, no consideration for UK guests, pool area not clean on tiles, housekeeping poor quality, no fly control as all food is external, Christmas music in the dining hall everyday and very little English staff.

Gym, swimming pools, not too far away from the sea coast and bus stations

SUPER LOUD MUSIC!!! And mostly from 70-80s, SUPER LOUD KARAOKE!! Loud ice machines, thin walls - you will hear each word of your neighbors! NO POSSIBILITY TO REST HERE! And the worst that staff doesn't care at all if drunk people are shouting at 2am in front of other guests balconies. Food is quite okay, but the restaurant rather looks like canteen and dirty, the waiters just shake of the crumbs on the floor. No big central lamp in the room in the central building (room 224/226), only two night lights, one of them was broken. No movable showing head, just one fixed on the top so your hair always get wet. Small beach for such a big hotel,no enough sunbeds.

The food choices are a little limited

nice location, close to the beach and local market, clean rooms, friendly staff, especially Alena at the reception.

when booking, you should just remember, that its not a 5 star hotel. food quality and choice is average. loud music does go on a bit too late, even when theres almost no one around, it affected us as we lived in the building right next to the stage.

Staff were verging on rude and very few spoke English, making simple things more difficult than they couldve been. Food was below average.
