    Pros +

    • Overall it's not a terrible hotel, especially being on the more affordable side. The location is fairly convenient and the free parking is great. The pools are nice and access to the sea is great. The food is okay, everything is fresh and there is a decent variety. The rooms are small, but decently comfortable with everything as you'd expect and pretty clean. Best part is probably the view from the rooms *if* you stay at the beach portion.
    • The rooms were clean, the placement is great, most of the bars/restaurants stuff were nice and polite, the food was overall good (tasty and pretty varied), there was three pools and a beach and plenty of things to do without leaving the hotel Day and night.
    • In general, we had a very good experience at Armas Gul Beach. We loved the pebbled beach and the easy sea access. The staff was welcoming, and the location is excellent—close to the White Tower and within easy walking distance of the city center. If you plan to spend most of your time at the beach, I recommend booking a room in the main building for extra convenience. The room was spotless, with daily housekeeping that kept everything fresh and comfortable. We also enjoyed the wellness center, with its hot sauna, authentic hammam, and relaxing massages.

    Cons -

    • While nothing was a deal breaker, this hotel offered a lot of disappointment and I would not recommend it. I'd happily pay a 10-20% more for a better experience. * The staff is mostly friendly, but very disorganized. They gave the new guests keys to our room before out checkout time. We were out, and our kids were in the room and got scared when strangers tried to get in. Then the front desk kept calling them telling them to get out in a language they did not understand. We finally got a hold of a manager who made sure our checkout time was respected. To add insult to injury, the cleaning people came at checkout:00 and literally kicked us out of the room with our luggage. I've never seen this at any of the hundreds of hotels I've stayed at all over the world. * The food service is okay, but there are a lot of lines and the times are very limited. Eggs - line. Pancakes - line. Grill - line. Coffee - line. And some of them were quite a long wait. Seems like any good manager would realize that people don't go on vacation to stand in lines. The times when you can eat at the buffet are very limited - just like checkout, they pretty much kick you out of the buffer area 30-40 minutes before mealtime is over. If you don't get to the food service 30-40 minutes before it ends, you'll probably not get any food or silverware. They don't really clean the tables mid service, so you'll probably eat with a bunch of other peoples trash too.* The alcoholic beverage selection is very limited and not very good. The beer is okay, but the liqueur and wine is bottom shelf. * There is loud music until very late at night. The sea breeze is awesome, but the music from the hotel, the bar, and the hotel next door is playing until ~2am so it's impossible to have the balcony open.* There is sometimes no hot water in the shower.* Things being available/open at random annoying hours - like being able to change beach towels once a day.
    • The reception stuff wasn’t so helpful due to the language barrier probably they only speak Turkish and Russian, it’s too crowded everywhere the main pool and the beach is always full during the day, the restaurant as well, it felt impossible to find a place in the parking.
    • In the main restaurant, I encountered spoiled food on two occasions, so it’s something to be aware of. In the room, the air conditioner blew directly onto the bed, which was a bit uncomfortable.

Food was really great. I liked the beach, both pool areas were great for our 8 year old. Everything was very clean. Cleaning of the rooms was exceptional. Staff was very helpful. Special thanks to manager Sreda who took care of us. A lot of improvements from last year. The guest area with arm chairs and bar is great.

Clean, delicious food, nice and helpful staff

    8DenisPosted on: 8-17-2025

That was a perfect location for our family of 13 people. We looked for a place with All Inclusive package, to make it easier for seniors and kids. There is always food and drinks available at the property, including cocktails (virgin and alcoholic). If you get tired of buffet, there is also a hotdog place. At the evening there are some activities for kids. Tours are available, water activities a bit pricey (75 for 15 minutes of water scooter). 90% of guests are Russians (August 2025), some stuff only understand Russian or Turkish, you might hear some inappropriate-language english/spanish music here and there. Overall our family enjoyed the stay.

Quality of the rooms… It felt like 30USD a night rooms in Puerto Escondido (Oaxaca, Mexico), but with a bit better facilities all around. Things are falling apart a bit. We have asked to be moved from one room to another, because they gave us two-single-bed room, when we asked for king bed, but when we arrived at midnight - they said they were full, and nothing they could do about it. Next day we asked - and got a bit better room. And quieter. First room was overlooking the main road in Kemer and very noisy.

    Good place and good food

The lady in the coffee shop was very rude and mean to me that was my only bad point

    10AnnaPosted on: 6-20-2025

As we checked it is one of the best options for the value of money in the area. Good and clean hotel with great food for a good price. The staff was very helpful in all our requests. Property is very well maintained and clean.

Location , food, and reasonable prices.

Hotel has a direct access to the beach which is excellent! The space on the beach was enough for everyone and we did not have any problems finding a place. Food was great! Fresh and different variety every day. And a lot of options to choose from for every taste. Hotel has also a lot of activities to do and to try. Different bars and food stations throughout the hotel are. Several pools, relaxing areas in shadows, inside and outside. Friendly for the stay with kids.

We had a mix up with the rooms which the staff solved very quickly. Even though it was hard to communicate due to lack of language knowledge they tried their best to accommodate our wishes. As an all inclusive place, we were expecting for the food to be the same but were pleasantly surprised to see they had a different variety everyday.

Nobody spoke English. Everything was tailored to Russian tourists

Great location, friendly and helpful staff , especially Serdar and Pablo, food is good , rooms are clean, spa was great , and the prices were reasonable.

Special thanks for all house keeping staffs and front desk personnel. This hotel deserves all my praise. Especially for the families it has well organized activities and open space.

Everything including very nice.beach area and friendly service. All the facilities are there at Armas Gul resort for an all inclusive holiday for couples, children, families and individuals.

all hot drinks machines are switched off from midnight to 7am when you are craving for a hot chocolate tea or coffee in the middle of the night.

    10AkylzhanPosted on: 10-18-2024

We really enjoyed the food; everything was so delicious, it was hard to stop eating! However, we felt there could have been more variety in the fruits. The desserts were especially tasty. The animators did a great job—everyone seemed happy, and it was a pleasure to watch. The staff in the buffet were very polite and attentive, always neat and courteous. A special thanks to Vera, who was incredibly efficient and ensured we didn’t lack anything. She even arranged a lovely dinner for us at the A la Carte fish restaurant. The rooms were spacious and clean. We’ll definitely return!

Unfortunately, some of the hotel guests were not very considerate. Some occupied two sunbeds—one in the sun and another in the shade—and got upset if you took a spot near them. We hope the hotel addresses this issue. The same music played throughout the week, and it got a bit tiresome. I also wasn’t happy with the quality of the alcohol; it left me feeling unwell every time. Lastly, we noticed that the managers could treat the junior staff with more respect.

The hotel is located in a beautiful spot with breathtaking views. The sea is warm and crystal clear, even in October. The hotel grounds are quite spacious, with a playground and water slides for guests with children.

Food: The food was terrible and our biggest disappointment. Everything was made from the cheapest ingredients, and the meals were monotonous. Breakfast never changed throughout our entire 9-night stay. Lunch and dinner had slight variations, but there was only one meat or fish dish available. The side dishes were almost the same every day. One lunch featured a better-quality fish, which led to a long queu and conflicts. The fish ran out halfway through lunch, and we didn’t get to try it. I wasn’t expecting fine dining, but I did hope for some variety. The chicken steaks were inedible, and the food was often either too salty or over-seasoned. Several times, the cheeses had an off-putting smell, suggesting they had gone bad. Overall, the food was a huge letdown.Staff: It feels odd to mention this, but the staff was another issue. Some of them, like the bartenders, were friendly, as was the cleaning lady who tidied our room. However, most of the staff lacked basic customer service skills. The spa staff, especially those handing out towels, were outright rude. Many employees didn’t even greet guests, which was surprising. I'm used to Turkish hotels having friendly staff, but here, it felt like I was in Russia, where people are often curt.Russian Guests: About 80% of the guests were from Russia, so be prepared for that. Most of the music was Russian, and the staff spoke primarily in Russian, with many unable to communicate in English at all. This could be challenging for non-Russian speakers, so I wouldn’t recommend this hotel if you don’t understand Russian, as it will make your stay more difficult.Entertainment: The entertainment program was dull. There was only one evening where we found the activities enjoyable. We even considered crashing the party at a neighboring hotel, which seemed much more fun.I wouldn't recommend this hotel. Not everything was terrible, but the food and some of the staff really spoiled the experience.

    9AkylzhanPosted on: 10-12-2024

The food was delicious with a wide variety of options, and the location was perfect, right by the sea. Although our room was further from the beach, the balcony view of the pool and mountains made up for it. A special mention to our personal host, Vera, who quickly managed all our requests and was always responsive.

The room lacked basic amenities like toothpaste and shampoo upon arrival, and it took some time for staff to address this.

    10MehmetPosted on: 10-8-2024

Fantastik hotel. Super duper clean. Super closeby beach and seaside. Very good foods. Extreme activities we really enjoyed and had to much fun. Very professional teams for animations and customer care service . Thanks for all personnel those who made our vacation unforgettable. Especially front desk and house keeping personnel. İt worths every penny we spent for this hotel.

    8RositaPosted on: 10-4-2024

Beachfront, everything was clean, friendly staff, mountain view around, proper food (7-8 from 10)

The turkish people around offering their services (SPA, excursions), food selection, if you come later for lunch/dinner, also you won't find a not taken sunbed (at the beach&pool) if you come later than 8-9am, because everyone put their towels on sunbeds, although there are no people. Also the water slides was not working. Also there are some cats in the hotel and dining area too. Entertainments at evenings just in russian language, staff also doesn't speak english very well.
