Excellent location in the middle of the pine forest with the great beach. A lot of activities and entertainments for adults. Excellent food choice in the main restaurant

- Beautiful territory with a lot of trees, plants, etc - Food was good (though I didn’t manage to get nuts for breakfast - they kept telling me “tomorrow” but it never happened. Probably because this is an expensive product)- A lot of quality alcohol (though we didn’t drink)- Kids friendly - Included transfer: was super handy with an infant - Super friendly staff

- Hygiene: there were a burst of some kind of stomach infection amongst both kids and adults. I know it is impossible to prevent these things, but some basics… For example, disinfection spray boxes near the canteen entrance were always empty. I asked the staff, he nodded and did nothing. I checked an hour later, it is still empty. Guys, you are a huge hotel with a lot of kids, take it more serious please. - it would be nice to introduce smoking zones, it was annoying to sit on the beach with a kid in the smoke from a person next to you

Great location. Clean ocean and marvelous views. All staff were friendly and hospitable. Guest service were quick to address the concerns and provide help. We arrived early after a transatlantic flight with a sleeping toddler on our hands - it was very pleasant that they checked us in hour-two earlier so that our kid could get a much needed sleep. Kids zone is nice with keeping our toddler occupied for hours. He was waking up and rushing to the kids room. The territory is also a big plus: it takes about 20 minutes to make a big circle around the territory enjoying the walk.

People were occupying beach lounges with towels first thing in the morning and it was difficult for us to find spot for a couple of hours on the beach. We had some ants in our room but the guest service addressed the problem promptly.

Satisfied with every side of vacation: service, food, location, weather….Only regret is too short , would like come back

Property landscape is truly amazing, all in pine trees which creates perfect shadow! And there is enough space to walk around and enjoy the beauty of their gardens! Kids room has also lots to offer! We were lucky to go to Octoberfest event there, and it was organised really above any expectations! Bars has also lots to offer for different tastes!

French speaking animation is full of arrogance and rudeness! Two member of this team brought mats to the sports area in a complete silence not announcing any sort of activities, when I asked to use one of the mats, a guy told me it’s only for sport, to which I replied ok, that’s what I need it for. He went on and said you don’t have trainers (really weird comment from entertainment team), I was in a swimsuit and was going to do some gymnastics with my baby. When I eventually were given permission to take one mat, he said I will need back in two minutes! And guess what he was literally counting down, and while I was on a mat with my baby he came and said get off I need the mat back. He then brought all the mats back to their station and went to enjoy the time after class which nobody attended. He was coming to the sports area with mats at least twice a day, just staying there in complete silence and then carrying it back. What a convenient way to tick the box of facilitating some activities. And actually taking it, in a very disrespectful manner, from those who want to use it in their own way. These two “entertainment” staff members not only never announced any activities or said hello, or even just smiled, they literally stood in front of us at the evening show turning their back to us despite lots of free space to stay around. After escalating the situation to the hotel management, I was told that their manager wanted to speak with me but apparently “was very busy”, and as we all know the fish gets rotten from the head. The only entertainment that guest could always see, know about and participate was organised by two russian speaking girls. Have no idea what these other “entertainment” people are paid for as they do worse than nothing!

Almost everything was amazing, rooms are really comfortable, food is really nice and personel was really kind, attentive.

I had a little accident on the last day and I needed a doctor, even thought it was urgent doctor kept talking to other people and didnt even look at me. When he came, without even examining or asking questions he said just go to hospital with an attitude.

The quality of food and variety is very good, breakfast lunch and dinner are amazing, fresh vegetables, grilled fish, fruit and deserts.

The quality of housekeeping service is bad, the linen or towels were not changed during the three days, HSK came and my husband answered please come in 5 minutes, we are going out, she did not come back, even though we put the sign please make up my room.Some of the employees speaks Russian, but all the others does not speak English, I asked for semi sweet or semi dry wine, they did not understand what I meant. I asked for taxi at 14:00, they said come at 14:00, we will order only when you come, not before. Then at 14:00 I needed to wait 15 min for the car, after not taxi came but hotel transfer which for sure can be ordered in advance.I asked for receipt on check out, they do not understand what word receipt means, even though I was paying cash on the desk.

The hotel offered a service worth the price. Meals were great. The naturalness of the hotel fascinated us. We felt at home. Despite a long 8-night trip, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and spent our days to the fullest. Room cleanliness was great. Especially Ms. Bircan, who served our room, is an excellent staff!

Some of the hotel staff were unable to manage the crowd. A few times our orders have been neglected, even though we have told the staff separately. The extra bed comfort provided was completely below expectations. It was a complete misfortune that the hotel did not have a lounge or study area.

the food was great with a large variety, which is very important especially when you travel with kids.the public areas are very clean and well maintained. we travelled as a big family (20 ppl) and it felt like this place is exactly the place for us

the rooms thou were not so clean. this is the only disappointing thing at this great resort

The rooms, beach, hamam, spa massage, and spa service was good.

Gym didnt have enough dumbells, equipment was broken, and rusty. Room service was amazing but food service was poor, iron inside the laundry room was broken.

The coffee wasnt up to the quality of the buffet and facility. A coffee barista will do better instead of machine

Spa Turkish bath and massage was excellent very friendly and experienced.Rooms were cleaned up in detail .Staff are very friendly and helpful.I had amazing time with my family in KIMEROS PARK HOLIDAY VILLAGE

The beach and pool with a beautiful mountain backdrop setting was a beautiful place to relax. The food and drinks were good and the staff was very friendly.

The hotel is ideal for sea lovers. Incredible beach.

Everything was perfect! I would recommend this hotel for a family trip for sure!

Everything was great! Maybe wi-fi quality could be improved - not all hotel area is covered and signal strength sometimes rather weak.
