Location was a bit far away from Kemer central and not easy to commute if we needed to go to the central location

beautiful and huge green area,room very clean, with all amenities, wonderful food, enormous variety of everything, lovely presentation, fresh, delicious, good choice for children as well. amazing cafes for snacks and drinks, water was available always in fridges. decent alcohol. wonderful sea and beach facilities, many sun beds, clean chill pool with music. every evening we had different entertainment either live music, dances etc, during the day a lot of activities. staff was amazing. they provided great entertainment, friendly atmosphere and wonderful service. 7 days was not enough for us. we did not go out from hotel at all and did not have a minute to feel bored. highly recommended place to stay, relax, enjoy and have unforgettable vacation.

We liked the location, the cleanliness of the rooms and the food. Everything was good. I recommend this hotel for a family stay.

The territory was beautiful and the location is rather nice -- the nature is gorgeous. There isn't much more that I liked to be honest. The night restaurant was good though, and the staff there was also good. The legendary abandoned hotel is nearby for those who might be interested, though I haven't been inside and I don't know if they admit wanders at the moment.

Most of the staff are rude and inconsiderate. The massage was pretty bad. Dishes were not very clean in the dining hall. The cleaning staff do not exchange all the cutlery after someone finished eating if the cutlery appears unused -- not very hygienic. We got food poisoning a lot, so while there's an appearance of food, we've started to be very weary of anything not covered or thoroughly cooked towards the end of the trip because of the flies, etc.There was a cockroach in our first room. The reception staff was trying to convince that it was "normal". The floors in the room were so dirty if we wore the hotel provided slippers, their white soles would become absolutely black, like you were hiking. The dust is that thick. And all this was after we tipped the cleaners. The hotel staff doesn't respect the no entry sign. So if you're planning on having fun in your hotel room, there's a good probability they'll walk in on you. In terms of paid restaurants the fish restaurant was pretty good. The Italian restaurant was full of insects -- like a lot of insects in all the starter dishes. We'd just left that one. You must also know that some people who come to the hotel pay a lot less than if you book through booking.com. The quality reflections the other price rather than the price we've paid. Another thing about the territory, the greenery covering one of the sides of the hotel was rather thin in September and you could see part of the abandoned hotel nearby, which isn't very cozy.The hotel has very nice pictures but they seem pretty dated. It's much more weathered now. If I'm not honest, it wasn't good at all. The territory is good looking but we've left several days earlier, because staying here was very uncomfortable.

The location was very nice! The landscapes are beautiful! The staff was nice!

The food was mediocare at best, not seasoned, the a la carte restaurants lacked variety! The desserts (apart from the baklava) were absolutly horriable!!!!!! The staff did really speak english!

Most impressive was the Buffett everyday. The garden of the hotel area was fantastic.

1) The best restaurant and food variety which I have ever had. 2) despite that hotel was fully booked it felt like there were only 50% of people. Very quite and a lot of places everywhere3) family room is nice

very less variety for Vegetarians in the dinner & very less English language known staff .. was hard to communicate and ask for specific requirements we needed..

It is my second time here because it is just so perfect this hotel!The staff are amazing they will with anything and everything. Everywhere is exceptionally clean. The entertainment is always different. The views surrounding the hotel are stunning and the land is well looked after with chicken's, turkeys and cats always running around :)I will definitely return and I can't wait!

Very good food quality and choice. Always something new for lunch or dinner. The stuff is very friendly and attentive. The evening shows were great and done by professionals. Spa area was also nice but the prices are quite high (more expensive than in Europe).

Not enough sun beds because people reserve them and leave. Difficult to find place at the beach or pool.

Great food with many options, clean sea. Many activities offered all the day and night.

Service sometimes was a bit delayed, for the lunch/dinner drinks..And having a towel service also closer to the beach would have been great.

The our trip in marco polo was amazing and perfect every thing was wonderful and clean more activities to do no need to go out of resort ant the food was diverse Thanks for everything

The location is a bit isolated, the internet could be better, more activities with longer times for each activity and not overlapping each other

Great holet situated in 1hr from Antalya. Large hotel area is clean and so green! A lot of trees and plants. Nice aquapark. Good varied cuisine that includes fish, seafood and even sushi. But the most rememberable thing is SwimUp Villa with a large pool shared with 5 another villas. Excellent level of comfort.
