We had a wonderful family vacation at this hotel. Everything was perfect!The reception ladies are extremely friendly and always quick to respond to any request. The food selection is really good – there’s something for everyone, and everything was fresh and delicious. Our room was clean, beautifully decorated, and looked newly renovated.Special thanks to the lady who was responsible for our room – she was very friendly, responsible, and kept everything spotless throughout our stay.Entertainment was also excellent. The animation team did a fantastic job and created such a fun and welcoming atmosphere for both kids and adults.Overall, we were truly satisfied with our stay and would happily recommend this hotel to others.

Value for money. It has a lot of great food. Beach is clean and not crowded. Staff is great, food also. There is plenty of everything. Everything is super clean. Air-conditioning is great. Snacks are prepared in beach bar and they are very tasty.

Sauna is nothing special. There is no pig meat in the offer, and beef meat is scarce. Air is humid and its a small town. There is not so many places to go for a walk.

L’oceanica Beach Resort is a perfect place to stay - beautiful rooms, wonderful food and fantastic service, probably the best, that I’ve ever had. I could check-in before the time excepted and check-out a lot more later without of charge, which was a big surprise for me! Everybody in the hotel was very nice and helpful, I could even have a free ride to the beauty salon. Special thanks for organising transfer to get to the hotel and the airport.

The hotel was absolutely outstanding in terms of service – every staff member was incredibly attentive, professional, and genuinely welcoming. The rooms were immaculate and elegantly designed, offering both comfort and luxury. The atmosphere throughout the hotel exuded sophistication and tranquility. The breakfast selection was exceptional, with a variety of fresh, high-quality options. The location was perfect – central yet peaceful. Every detail, from the decor to the amenities, reflected a commitment to excellence. A truly remarkable stay that exceeded all expectations.

The location of the hotel is very nice, I liked it very much, the staff is very good, very friendly, the food is excellent.

Hotel : The hotel is located very close to the beach. From outside looks beautiful, great variety of flora and fauna.Pool area: 2 pools, one for adults and one for kids with slides. They operate twice a day for 1 hour. Unfortunately the pool area (floor) is not cleaned daily and therefore it is sticky and dirty. Pool bar offers drinks from 10 till 18 hours. Try definitely the Moscow Angels.Beach area: it is a not smoking beach. A bit worn out. Bed covers has seen better days. Beach bar offers a small amount of food ( local pizza slices and wraps). Sangria ist good most of the days.Rooms: kind of small, but looks nice. The bed mattress were for us uncomfortable. We woke up everyday with backaches, but probably it is a personal preference. Two twin bed were put together and they always opened.Bathroom: very small, old and moldy. We didn't like it at all. Housekeeping is done every second day, but they just refill toilet paper and amenities. Towels are changed only on request. Bed sheets were never changed - we stayed for 9 night.Minibar: small fridge. On arrival we had couple small non alcoholic drinks inside but never was refilled - not even with water.Animations: Aqua aerobics daily at 11:30am - I enjoyed it, team is good. Water polo was around 4 pm.Evening program is uninteresting, as the hotel has many russian speaking guests and they are in main focus.

Food - huge variety of dishes, but very cheap quality. I would wish a less quantity and therefore a better quality. It is for mass tourismus. The highlight was sushi on Saturday evening, but people were fighting for it as there was only a small amount of it.

The beach is wast and really close, even from the Annex (non-main) building.Good food selection with some variety. Friendly staff. Great animation for adults and children every day, especially the evening shows.In general, wouldn't rate it as 5 star, more like strong 4 stars.

Sound isolation in rooms could be better - it was really loud in the Annex building during foam party.Not a lot of different alcohol in bars.Saunas are not very great; bathrobes are not provided.

Very friendly and welcome reception and personal.

The rooms are super hot, air conditioning isn’t working, there is no safe in the room.The leisure’s are old.The beach piers is like from the back 50th, broken.There is no even steps between the path walk and beach.

The beach is nice

The experience I had at this hotel meant that I actually ended up changing hotels halfway through my holiday, I have travelled the world and never had to do that before!This hotel is completely catered to Russian guests in terms of the food, the staff and the entertainment which is fine but I strongly advise UK guests not to stay here as the staff are very unfriendly if you aren’t Russian (with the exception of a few, such as Hassan the bellboy who really helped us- more than the reception staff!).We got back from the beach one day to find that our room had been left unlocked and when going for dinner later the room still wouldn’t lock, the reception staff couldn’t have been less helpful and simply passed the burden of dealing with this issue to the bellboy Hassan who was very helpful but 2 hours later we were still left with a room lying unlocked whilst we went for dinner! Eventually we decided to wait in our room to fix it instead of leaving it unlocked with nobody working on it. I had to chase for this to be done by messaging the reception via booking.com!The beach bar is ok however the bar man started to ask us for money and cigarettes and would constantly pester us through broken English about helping him to get 50 euros! I caught the same man TWICE coming out of the only ladies toilet that there was at the beach whilst zipping up his fly which clearly means that he hadn’t washed his hands then goes directly back to the bar to start serving drinks?! I let this go the first time but the second time I went in after him and he had he had urinated all over the toilet seat meaning that I had to wipe the bar man’s urine off the LADIES toilet seat with my own hands so that I didn’t sit on it after him. When I complained to the hotel I didn’t even get an apology, just a “I don’t know what to say” comment and a suggestion that I change hotel!!!In summary this hotel is absolutely not worth the money and is certainly not a 5 star hotel as it claims to be!

Though beach is not linked with hotel it is five minutes walk and dedicated space for hotel. There is not much unfortunately we can think of positives about our stay.

1. Rooms are not five stars at all, hardly three stars. Smelly bathroom, broken shower and lights hanging on walls. You can hear outside noises, uncourteous reception staff. Ordinary food, avoid this property, it will spoil your holidays.

Decent hotel, a big beautiful beach, great variety of fruits and sweets in the restaurant, overall pleasant. Good evening entertainment with professional dancers.

It's 3 stars at best. There's no communication between reception staff, twice we specifically ordered a taxi with a baby car seat and twice it arrived without. Meal options are alright, nothing outstanding. Very small pool area, during busier times it's hard to get a lounger.

We always felt rushed at the buffet, and it didn’t feel relaxing, much like the crowded metro stations in Moscow. As English and Turkish speakers, it felt like no one cared about us, as everything was in Russian. Even the mini club and shows were only in Russian. The food section was always crowded, with no available tables to sit and eat. There was also no water service in the restaurant at all, and they even asked for extra payment for towel service?

The meals are fine, but we have to wait to find a free table to sit.

We booked 3 rooms but they did not give us all 3 in the same building and we had to move around between the buildings. The slides on the pool is very limited and simple. of-course we did not expect a water park, but at least more facilities like other neighbor hotels was expected.

We stayed for one day in this hotel. We have been only at lunch and we can say that food was great. The hotel receptionist was very correct when we have wanted to go to another hotel (she talked to manager and they returned us money) because the room wasn't our fit. I won't give a negative rating because everyone has different expectations.

We thought that this hotel is near to the beach, and it wasn't. You must walk about 100 meters to go from main building to the beach. We were in annex building which is further away, and in that annex building there wasn't restaurants - only rooms for sleeping. We got very small room, and we have decided to go to another hotel because receptionist said there were no bigger rooms available in main building.

Stayed with family (a kid) in July for 9 nights. It is a family hotel predominantly preferred by the Russian-speaking contingent. The check-in and check-out process was smooth. We arrived a bit earlier but they allowed us to use the restaurant, which is nice. The hotel has two separate buildings next to each other. Stayed at the annex building which was less noisy (at the main building there was a show every night till midnight which was a bit noisy). There are shops, pharmacies and cafes in the surroundings within walking distance in case you need something. The food was good quality, tasty and with a lot of choices, especially liked soups. There are two outdoor pools (plus one for kids and one indoor pool), and a private beach which is large and clean with a lot of sunbeds and umbrellas. Drinks and snacks are provided in the beach bar and the service was good. The room was fresh, large and nicely decorated. Each room has a balcony, liked that. The room was cleaned every day, with linens/towels changed every two days. The beds were comfortable. Bottled water and toiletries were provided every day. We received a small welcome gift from reception (a small bottle of wine and turkish candies) which is a sign of attention and was pleasant. There is a kettle, fridge (with several free bottles of fizzy drinks, juice and water) and other necessary items in the room. Additional facilities (massage etc. were reasonably priced). The staff were kind and helpful. It values the money paid and I would choose to return. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Many thanks for everything!

Not so many important issues to complain about. The hotel is not at the first line as it is described, it has a private beach which is a minute's walk across a road where you rarely see a car, not a big issue. The dental/shaving kit was not provided, however, one may expect that as it is a 5-star hotel. They also ask a 10 USD deposit for each towel which was a bit strange (you get it back if you return towels). Also, the restaurant was a little bit crowded as the balcony area is not air-conditioned, and less used due to the extreme heat in summer. The spa/Turkish bath/sauna/fitness area is open only from 9 am to 7 pm. So it is not comfortable for those who would like to use them early in the morning or the evening. The fitness room was a bit small with only two treadmills, which were always busy. You have to pay 3 USD per day to use the safety deposit box which is odd. Only two sockets in the room which is not helpful. Wifi was weak in certain parts of the room.

I would not recommend this resort.

I recently stayed at this resort and was extremely disappointed. The rooms were not cleaned daily, which was unacceptable for the price we paid. We also had to pay for beach towels, which were often unavailable. The food was subpar, with the fish tasting frozen and the meat of cheap quality. Additionally, the property is not beachfront as advertised, making it a hassle to get to the beach. The internet connection was poor and unreliable. To make matters worse, they didn’t replenish the food in the restaurant, so if you arrived just 10 minutes late, you missed out on all the good options. Overall, I would not recommend this resort.
