I loved the location, the friendly staff, and the variety of food. The hotel was clean and spacious, and the evening shows were absolutely amazing—great energy and very entertaining!

Everything was excellent. The resort was very beautiful, big and clean. We really enjoyed through our stay. The pools were for all ages. The food was delicious with different options. Gamzenur hanim from reception was very hospitable, friendly and helpful from the first day till last day. She kept checking to make sure everything was going the way we wanted.

The beach is very beautiful and clean with large numbers of beach beds but it wasn’t sandy

A/c in one out of two rooms didn't work. Bed was to soft for my weight.

There was a lot of kids stuff to do and the staff was really friendly. We loved it and the kids did too. The shows was amazing and the kids loved watching them at night. The arcade was nice too and the lady that worked there was amazing. We loved it the multiple kid zones and the the clothing stores and small store for groceries.

Although there was a lot of food options the drinks with alcohol was few and not a big variety of it. The other things is there was no ATM(Cash machine) on the resort, we had to leave and go off the resort to get cash.

Even we have reported to bad experiences with stuff racisim against who is not Russian, The management is deaf. We heard the barmen were talking sexual harrestment to one client and talking ways to deny if they get complained. They didnt think i would understand and speak their language. There were many events that Russians are superiors. All activities for kids are Russian not even in english. Their kids are first to serve .

Some renovation is still needen in the rooms and tiles in main area.

The location is good, sea is clean, there are animals like cats and hedgehogs and turtles. 5 a la carte restaurants. Kids club and teenagers club with good animators.

Instead of relaxing, we were constantly struggling. There was no shower gel, the minibar was leaking, the hairdryer wasn't blowing. The food was unvaried, the drinks were the cheapest.

I really liked the beach and the pools. We also enjoyed the food. Our housekeeper was amazing! She cleaned everyday!

We had a few minor issues with our room. One was the safe didn’t work and the other was the shower drain was plugged and water would pool up when we took a shower. This wouldn’t have been an issue but when we explained and asked for this to be fixed, it was not addressed promptly. We were initially told that we couldn’t change rooms so we needed to be in the room at 9 a certain and someone would meet us there to fix. They never showed up and we waited it the room for over an hour. This took time out of our stay. Then eventually after a few days, my relative ended up calling and speaking with guest relations. It finally got handled. Also, the hotel seemed to very busy and the staff were at times not pleasant to be around. This I would say is not the fault of theirs but the weather was so hot and they seemed to be stressed. Especially evident at Lykia bar. Also, lastly I believe a five star resort should have fresh squeezed juice in the morning. Overall, we had a good time but I would not return or recommend this to our family or friends.

Entertainment, food, staff.

Quality has dropped from last year. Although entertainment and food were good, I can tell they have both been subject to budget reductions from last year. Late check granted is 1pm, after that its charged regardless of your Booking.com account status. Also, daughters birthday cake is now charged to celebrate her on stage. We still enjoyed our stay but will definitely be checking other options next time.

Our holiday was fantastic. The reception manager was so helpful. Thanks. And also I would like to say a huge thanks to Hamit who's working on Lycia Bar. He made us wonderful cocktails.

outdoor pools where closed but we new this at booking stage so it was not an issue

Noisy not cooling air-conditioning, staff does not act on service request, at meal times hard to get a drink or a second one as the staff is super busy clearing up the finished plates but don’t ask if you want another drink. Better to serve yourself. At main desk the receptionist was super unfriendly.

The food was great which I did not expect considering the crowd and the all-you-can-eat concept.Nice activities throughout the day.Paid beach activities such as parasailing and jetskis.Emre Salman at the reception was polite and very helpful.

We had a small incident in the room on arrival (prefer not to mention) and the hotel switched our rooms the next day.Rosyslav at the reception refused to help with late checkout (we requested 1 hour) although hotel wasted 2 hours to switch our rooms. He was cold and rude about it and when we reached customer service, they helped and sorted it out right away.

managing a grand hotel with more than 600 rooms is a tuff job but they did it?exceptional pools and beach shore . very good food in different varieties and different areas . clean and spacious rooms . different types of entertainments.friendly staff . a very good memory that makes us think about going back next year. but dont forget its all about families with kids , wont recommend it to singles and couples ?

old gym with unprofessional gym staff. lack of hard alcohol variety (medium quality). only one life guard near the sea.

The pools are excellent, kids club and entertainment and animation are excellent.

The bathroom inside the room wasn’t great

We stayed in this hotel for 10 days. And we were very happy to have Belge as a housekeeping person for our room. She was very kind, very helpful, she makes her job well, very clean.
