Nice pool, private parking available . Clean. Good location.

Room was tiny, bed was tiny (single bed) that felt more like a dorm room than a hotel room. Shower didnt have a proper door so the floor and toilet by the shower got soakedIt was super noisy in the room you could hear the doors around you slam basically all the time, and people walking above you in the morning early. I expected more for the price

Small room, but very clean and nicely laid out and furnished with everything necessary. The bathroom has a bidet shower, which is a nice touch! Decent breakfast at a reasonable price.

The ventilation in the bathroom was lacking, took a long time to dry out after a shower and there was a slight mouldy smell.

The bed and linens were top notch. Everything was exceptional. Breakfast was delicious, staff were friendly. Loved the town and my visit

We had connected rooms, which was a wonderful surprise! And both rooms large and very comfortable. Good location close to the spectacular elevator to the old town (which itself is a Disneyland-like miracle).

Restaurant was closed so ate at bar area which wasn't really set up for dining. They could set it up better for dining, especially when the restaurant is closed.Should've gone into town but it was pouring outside.

The location was perfect for us. 2 minute walk to the bus stop for Irun and San Sebastián and 10 minute walk to either the old town (lift) or the newer part of town. Both great to visit.

Like a home from home. This small hotel provides exceptional facilities close to the airport and to the bus for San Sebastian. The staff were helpful, friendly and efficient.

The hotel is in a quiet part of Hondarraibia, though still not far to walk to the centre and the beach. Staff are super helpful, and the room lacked nothing by way of convenience, comfort and decor.

While the hotel is only a few metres from the lovely estuary, it does not have a view of the water, although it does have an excellent perspective on the historic old town.

Great location. A couple of minutes walk to the elevator to the old town. Well appointed hotel and room. Very comfortable. The little bar/restaurant was great.

Very disappointed with the Sugarri restaurant. Rather rude manager (?). The young staff brought us wrong food and spilled drinks on us. For some reason the manager gave the impression it was our fault. The bill was expensive and took 45 min to come to us after we asked for it. The usual excuses from the manager. Unacceptable.

Convenient location, close to the city's main attractions, size of the room was great, good breakfast (you need to pay extra for this though), staff was helpful,

Beautifully decorated and well equipped. Very close to la cite and all the amenities. Valerie was an excellent communicator throughout.

Two toilets would have been an advantage with two couples.

Spacious and very clean room. Very friendly personnel. Excellent location. Nice breakfast. Parking is available at 16 €/night but the receptionist recommended parking in the street for free which was no problem.
