Friendly, professional staff at the front desk. Easy to check in and out.

Parking was a little tricky.

Cleanliness from bedroom to bathroom. Hope you can provide a bigger size bath towel and extra toiletries .

The rooms are tight or small but the space is for single or couple only.

The staff very friendly and hotel was very clean and comfortable. The thing that was exceptional is they stored our luggage there for 3 days for no charge even though we only stayed 1 night. I think that says it all. I would definitely stay there again with question.

Practical, close to train. Clean and comfortable (rooms not huge).Good breakfast. There was a lively, friendly woman at breakfast - very sweet! Hotel parking space (practical) takes you down in car-lift (very tight). Friendly personnel.

Be sure to put 4 people in lift, maximum! (It's small and not quick.)Also, the lift for the car down to the garage is really tight. Not for big cars.

A pretty standard hotel to spend a night in Lisbon. It is not very far from the center and from the airport (~20 minutes by taxi) - accessible by transport or taxi. We needed this location for our purposes. The room is OK. Breakfast is below average. The bathroom is OK. The area around is fine with several restaurants and etc. The area looks more or less safe.

Location is so nice & small room with balcony as room is on 1st floor- good for smoker ?

Room was not spacious but ok also bathroom , I did not have parking because for my understand they have olnly 6 parking space with not much fro accomodate all hotel . In my case I forget to book so I fing my self to liking every day for parking around .

Location is perfect , the staff are kind . Breakfast are ok but not much choices .

The location was not what we expected. This was the only place in our vacation we did not feel safe (inside the hotel it was fine).The rooms are very simple and a bit small.

The price was good. The room was clean and good.

Noise on the street during the night. Loud motorbikes and cars making noice for no good reasons. Also many people screamed, sounded like they were fighting. No fault of the hotel but kept me awake much of the two nights I staid in the hotel.

The 24hrs reception and the relatively fair price for parking (5€) per night.

Unfortunately too many aspects - we had to change the rooms as the first one (307) was THAT bad with the mold…Room 307:1. MOLD! The ceiling of the bath and around the windows are covered with black mold (see pictures for reference)2. No air ventilation, unless you want to sleep with open windows - hence it gets extremely humid3. The room/bathroom does not look like in the pictures!Room 304:1. MOLD! Even in the second room, there is mold around the window. 2. Got downgraded, as 304 is much smaller than 307… 3. Flush did not work - had to press the flush button for at least 30seconds to say bye to your …4. The room/bathroom does not look like in the pictures!The rooms in the floor 1&2 look completely different than the upper ones! The first and second floor got newly renovated, whereas the upper ones are just in a horrible/moldy condition!

Friendly staff, clean and quiet room, convenient location next to train station, restaurants and all amenities.

Everything met my expectations.

The property was really good and located near to main train station as well as bus station. Also it’s located near to all amenities and good restaurants, cafes & park for leisure. Also the staff was really good. Excellent support from staff especially Anna was really good with helping nature and support. Really kudos to the team at Amadora. We will definitely recommend to everyone and will be back whenever we have an opportunity.

Very friendly staff, from the night porter to the day staff and breakfast ladies. We may have been given a family room with a double bed and single bed for our stay which was very comfortable. Breakfast was a simple continental spread. Very close to the train station to get into town. 24hr reception was great for our late arrival time.

Northing fancy so you are not going to want to spend a lot of time during the day at the hotel, but a comfortable place to sleep.

Hotel is quiet and peaceful.

It will be nice if the cleaner can change the bed sheets. Our room was clean daily but bed sheet was not changed for the four nights we spent there.

The room was very clean and tidy. We stayed for only two nights, but they still cleaned the room after the first night! Our personal belongings were neatly arranged, and nothing went missing!!The hotel rate included a wonderful buffet breakfast. The breakfast featured a variety of cheeses, cold cuts, pastries, fruits, and beverages.The greatest asset of the hotel is its staff. Despite having an extremely early flight and leaving the hotel at 4 a.m., they gave us yogurt and croissants for the road!!The hotel is just a few minutes from the train station. Although I recommend taking a taxi, as I didn’t feel safe on the train.The hotel has safety measures in place, and the reception is open 24 hours a day!

At night, there was noisy club music from the city. However, closed windows partially improved the situation.
