The room was a little small.

Renovated room and washroom. Pretty nice. Room size is good. Staffs are friendly. Location is good . Breakfast is good

No elevator. Even for second floor, if you gave heavy luggage it¿s a disaster. The hot spa is good however the whole sealed room really has newly renovated polluted smell. Especially come with hot wet air. Definitely need more air exchange and air flow.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Was happy to answer questions. Room was ready for early check in and they were happy to accommodate my handicap. Pub, restaurant, cafeteria and gift shop right on site. Saw black bear (at a distance) from our room.

The musty smell. Bathroom floor could use a steam cleaner.

Cleanliness. Great friendly staff. Very good breakfast. While checking out in AM, saw someone wanted to check in AM, room was ready so they allowed them to check in so early. That¿s good service.

The front staff were very welcoming and friendly.

The room needs an upgrade, very dated, needs some maintenance, thermostat appeared to be stuck at a high temperature. The plumbing was very loud and woke us all up at 6:30 in the morning. We appreciated the cleanliness and the beds were very comfortable.

The receptionist was great. she was super helpful and provided much information we needed. Room was clean and cozy. Location was great. Breakfast was take out due to covid but it was good. recommended and will stay again if I travel that side

Mostly just that we got a room. There are so few rooms available in Lake louise so mostly just pleased that we got a room at all.

It was super hot, and the room was very outdated. No Air Conditioning and no fan in the room.

New, clean, modern hotel. Excellent breakfast according to people preference.

Nice staff very helpful. We had a nice clean room,well appointed and the bed was very comfortable.

The location. Very close to Lake louise which was wanted and to a decent price.

The walls are fairly thin which makes it kinda noisy.
