The task of getting to the hotel parking lot was a tedius process we could never exit or enter the parking lot with our free parking tickets

Clean and good bedding.

Room configuration not good, bathroom too small, door impedes in/out. Difficult to get too and driveway not clear. GPS took us to the back of the hotel. Parking was a PIA.

Appreciated the range of vegetarian and vegan options on the menu.Everything else fine. Hotel feels clean and new. Staff friendly enough.

Would be nice if pool was open later than 9pm. We didn't get to use it because we arrived late and left early.

Parking is a bit tight and the locals visiting outside restaurants take all the spaces before 11pm...

When they cleaned the room, they left the door opened with all our belongings inside

Did not have breakfast, just coffee, they did not have decaf. Location great.

New hotel adjacent to large mall that has bars, restaurants, food court and supermarkets as well as shops. Most staff very friendly with reception staff being particularly helpful. Rooms were compact but very clean and ideal for short stays.

We stayed 2 separate nights before and after el Chepe. Only tried the food once but that was awful and took 45 minutes to be delivered. First room had some noise from nearby bars but second room on the other side was quiet.

it was clean and nice and had a restaurant on site with shopping just outside. we also liked that they provided parking ticket passes to us as guests.

Im so satisfied with my stay at Fiesta Inn. Every one has excellent customer sevice. Very attentive with my needs and concerns. Made me feel very welcomed. I arrived a little early and the front desk suggested i could wait in there lobby or try something to eat at there restaurant. I ordered food from the hotel restaurant while i waited. The lobby and restaurant are located on the 3rd floor. Took advantage of the nice weather and had my food outside on the balcony. The food was great ?. The server Paula excellent service! ? She made me a very tasty pina colada ?. My check in process was very quick and easy. The clerk was nice enough to schedule me a taxi pickup for the next day to the airport. My room was nice and cool ❄. It looked, smelled and felt very clean ?. The bed was so comfy. It was also nice that the mall is literally just a few steps away from the hotel. Overallll my stay was excellent this will be my go to hotel. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

clean room had everything that’s necessary

13 in a dozen. nothing special nothing Mexican and Los Mochis is a place where nothing happens. so unless you have to be here for some agricultural convention skip Los Mochis.

The guards in the garage were very nice and helpful. The mattress is good and the sheets were clean. WiFi is great (we had to work remotely for a day; the desk and swivel chair are nice) and there are enough power outlets, including USB.

Quality assurance issues: The frontdesk staff had no possibility to adjust prices and was unwelcoming, the room was not clean (the sink had residue, the bathroom floor was dirty in corners, the floor of the room had spots of cleaning product), the shower stall leaks all over the bathroom floor, the second day they failed to put towels in the room, the remote control batteries were empty.Technical maintenance: There is a problem with the AC (in room 516): it wouldn't stop pumping cold air, even with the thermostat set at 30°C: we had to switch it off and wake up warm in the night. (Hint: the grills of the thermostat are full of lint.) The bathroom fan is loud (blades not clean?) but it cannot be switched off.Hospitality: There's a coffee maker, with sugar etc for two cups, but there's only one cup and one packet of coffee. There's charge for a second (in a double occupancy room!). Same for the single water bottle. Penny wise, pound foolish.Next time, back to Holiday inn.

The security guard in the parking were super nice way nicer than the people in the hotel.

The price was different from what I was emailed. Staff was really rude. The room was pretty small for the price. Every time we ask a staff member for help they would not answer friendly. We eated at the restaurant and they forgot got my son's order. We were all done when his food finally came. The food I order was different from what the menu said. I come to los mochis often Andi will never stay at this hotel again or recommended to anyone I know.super disappointed.

Breakfast was delicious! Dinner was delicious as well. I really liked the asada plate. Everything was awesome!!

Everting is okay, but the bathroom is kind small but isn’t big deal, I like anyways
