Hotel Santa Anita - Balderrama Hotel Collection

Staff was very helpful and friendly!

The hotel is quite nice but the rooms are very small (in spite of us doing a room upgrade) and the photo showed a sitting chair and a dining/office chair but had only one chair in the room. Not good for room service dining. Also, no menu to order room service was available.

The room was horribly tiny! Arely enough room to walk around the bed and the bathroom door needed to stay closed at all times because the room was so small it would get in the way. No refrigerator or microwave and the a/c was way too loud.

Is to much for what I get I was so hungry a night and is no food they close at 11 we come here to have a good time , but is nooooo I never come back to this hotel I need to take medicine a night and there nothing to eat

Nice beds, great location. Wheelchair ♿️ access was challenged. Bathroom was too small for wheelchair and had a step to get in. There were no grab bars in the bathroom.

The hotel was centrally located in a downtown shopping area in Los Mochis and was an easy walk to the botanical gardens. There is an excellent restaurant and bar in the hotel.

We didn't see many other choices for restaurants or bars within a 2 - 3 block radius.

Good location, clean, food is delicious, amazing bar, the best service and spacious rooms.

Maybe 20-30 years ago this was a fantastic hotel.

All through your site. Any discounts that you are providing for "genius" awards are being made up by the hotels through excessive Pet fees. This hotel was the worst. I will discontinue using Booking.com until Pet fees are disclosed in the pre-booking info.

Place was very nice, staff were great good service. We ordered food, the service was great and the food we ordered was super wand the price was reasonable ??

The neighbors next door since we arrived till late night they were very noisy. I called the receptionist to complain the noise didn’t stop right away but it stopped. That’s my only complaint

Bathroom fan extremely loud. Hairdryer didn’t work. Rug filthy in our room.

Our check in was a very easy process. We had Dania, who spoke English VERY well. She was very helpful and answered all our questions. Breakfast was located on site. As Canadians we were not used to some of the mexican foods. They have a buffet on site. The waiters served you as if you were ordering from the menu. They brought food and drinks to the table. Even if you ordered an omlete they would bring the omlete as well as other authentic food to your table to try. The waiters were all very well dressed and friendly

Lack of a few English channels. The hotel does need a few touch ups, such as paint and carpeting, but other than that it was a pleasurable stay.

it has a good restaurant and good lobby

the room was outdated, the bathroom door was broke, it wasn’t hot water to take a shower. The TV wasn’t working properly and the internet ?? never work I call twice to have someone to assist me only once a guy come back and tell me that he will report it to the manager. No solution at all the food at the restaurant was great but it took forever to get it, and it was just 3 tables at that time.

when we got there bathroom floor was still wet and slippery. no a/c control was available. the cleaning lady had to get one from another room. extra towels in roomwould be great.

Iliana, who checked us in, was the best part of our whole trip. She was so lovely and friendly and accommodating that she has set a new standard for what it means to feel welcomed. Of course our room was fantastic, clean and spacious and the free breakfast was fresh and delicious, as are all Balderrama hotels, but Iliana really put it over the top. Between her and Fanya, in sales who I met on another Balderrama trip, this is for sure the “go to” for Los Mochis.

Centrally located and everything clean and in good condition

The payment was very strange as not the overall amount was charged upon arrival and I had to make another cash payment in the morning, when I only got all my change back when I explicitly asked for it. In addition, we asked for a taxi to the chepe train station and got a kind of private driver (no real taxi) who charged us way more than a usual taxi-not really what we experienced in all the other nice places in Mexico.

It was easy to get to and had good restaurants nearby.
