La alberca no tiene clima, el restaurante de muy poca calidad y muy caro y además el control de la televisión no servia .... definitivamente no vuelvo a hospedarme en ese hotel jamás ....

Mejorar, comida y funcionamiento de la habitación....

Well guest what,we did not have water for about 4 hours, SUCKS.

Yes the swimming pool was nice and the food was great.

Overall, it is well maintained and offers good services. The on-site restaurant is quite good and the staff friendly and helpful.

The room was dirty, with a thick layer of dirt in the tub/shower. I was not sure that the linens had been changed on the beds.

Staff Rudeness, rooms where super old with mold and musty phone didn’t work dryer was burn and in the floor, when I check in had no towels toilet paper I was there for a hole week never change the bedding, always had an issues with the complementary breakfast We started with lots of scratching in our bodyThat I made another reservation on another hotel

The security guy was very pleasent to talk to.

The room was dirty, found food behind the trash can in the room. Found hair black hair on the floor and hair do pieces. Pillows were old and flat.

Secure parking, very nice pool and seating area. Large, king size bed and room

The bed was comfortable.

The air conditioner was not working in the first room. They had to come and jiggle the cord to make it work. Then you could not control the temperature or the fan. They gave us another room with the air conditioner working but the shower door was busted off the hinges and there was no shower door in the room.

Location is good.

Staff not professional. Not up to Wyndham standards. Paid for breakfast but not provided a coupon, didn’t know it was required. Was told in restaurant that breakfast was by the menu, but after ordered and ate, was charged because we didn’t order the right items. In the room the bed was hard and pillows uncomfortable, plaster cracked and walls dirty. Will not stay there again.

The hotel was located a couple blocks walk from central plaza where a lot of the night activities are - food, music, etc. The hotel is located on the north side of downtown, close to several of the long distance bus operators.

When checking in, the reception apologized but stated that the TV's were not working. Breakfast was not an option.

Bad

NO HOT WATER, NO TV & MISSING TOWELS 6 PM The manager told my husband that the hot water hasn't worked for a week, that no one has complained, and a new system will be getting installed soon. 8 PM The manager started to tell me that there is a problem with hot water in Los mochis, then stopped as he seemed to realized that was a bad lie, then he told me that he had installed a whole new hot water system in under 2 hours?!! And I would have hot water in an hour?!!Then magically we had at warm water?! Obviously he keeps the hot water turned off until someone complains!!!Also, the TV box stopped working,, they sent a guy who worked on it for 20 minutes but it still didn't work!Also I had to call to ask for missing shower mat and hand towels, and they brought 2 shower mats.The Balderrama group projects high quality hotels, but that is definitely NOT what we got! In all of our years of traveling, I have never even had to make a formal complaint...but then I have never had this happen before! I think that we should receive a full refund of our stay...the manager never responded to my message, and I have sent a message to the Balderrama Group!

Professional friendly staff, clean spacious room, great facilities, good restaurant

This hotel was great! Staff was super friendly and patience. They showed us the way and gave proper and useful directions to make sure we got to our room as soon as possible and making it easy on us to get our luggage upstairs. We were scorted to our room to make sure our remote control for the TV worked, and that everything looks good. The room was way roomier that I thought it would be. It had a living room with a couch that could've been used for someone to sleep in, a friend, dining table, 2 AC's to makes sure the whole room stayed cool. Everything was very clean. The pool was nice and they offer restaurant and bar service at pool side. We ordered some Aguachile and Wings, they both were amazing. When it was time for the pool to close, they weren't rude about it either. They allow pets for an extra charge ($500 I believe). Overall it was a great stay. You have food, gas stations and ATM's within walking distance too.

Nothing really serious or that I don't encounter in other places. I'm not short, but not super tall either, almost 6 feet, so usually showerheads tend to spray at a lower height than I would like too. This is the only "bad" thing I could say about this place, but again, this is an issue on 90% of the hotels that we stay, both in US and Mexico.

The rooms are small and min was noisy. However the pool and coffee were great!

Organization.Hotel was overbooked, my reservation was not respected. I were with another 50 people in the lobby with reservation issues.At the end I needed to search another hotel room and paid a rack price.

The location, the food and the staff specially Jaime he was amazing

The rooms smell like sewer and the door of the bathroom shower was difficult to open

Seriously be very careful staying here. Someone leaked the information of my stay and now I’m receiving weird phone calls and even death threats. Either pay cash or stay somewhere else. Trust me it will ruin your vacation. Very risky place.
