Hotel America Palacio

The bathroom was small the window to the bathroom was to high to close and alot of details of the room were broken grout missing and wood coming off and wholes yiu can look out of.

I lost a white pole shirt there.

Front desk staff was superb. Walking distance to the market and Panamá restaurant.

Great location, parking and very clean. Great restaurant as well.

Not enough water pressure for the shower and 1 out of 4 days we ran out of hot water.

Disliked we had no hot water to shower for 2 days, toilet is terribly low and no handrails to lift yourself up and bed too hard, very uncomfortable.

The man in reception booked us an uber in the morning to get El Chepe. Free water in the hallway.

Rooms are tiny, bed was very uncomfortable so didn't sleep. We were only in the hotel for 5 hours due to arriving late and getting the trqin early but that was long enough.

Nothing. The rooms were very tight for space.

Third floor room and no elevator. The attached restaurant was awful food. Stayed at a different hotel in Los Mochis in October that was so much better for less money.

The whole facility seemed tired and warn. Towels were grey and super thin. No bath mats, bi hand towels, very basic. Not sure how clean bed cover was. Floors were definitely not clean. Noisy street all night Won't return.

Location is a block away from the Mercado. Onsite auto parking. Someone was always at the front desk.

Clean, decent rooms & very professional and helpful staff. We had great sleep, fresh air (windows) and working AC. Beds are comfy! Recommended!

Hidden costs (taxes) that were not shown in the final price of booking.com, just somewhere in the text in an email. Dont know if that is on booking.com or the hotel, but it does feel weird. So be aware, 16 or 20 % will be added.

The location is central and easy walking distance to restaurants.

I paid extra for a king room, but the clerk said none were available. "Don't worry", she said, "I charged you the same rate." The toilet didn't work properly and had to be adjusted with every use.
