Rooms were large and spacious. I was traveling with 3 grandkids under 12 and they were happy with the setup

Tight parking carport for a larger car. Especially when enter and exiting kids

Wasn’t clean and there was no cleaning equipment (no broom or mop)

The location was fine and the place as a whole was good

I requested early check in due to time management of other plans we couldn't change and no1 called us, i went in early just to let them know we'd arrived and was told i would get a phone call. 2pm came along which was check in time and still no call so we went and checked in anywayUpon arrival it seemed fine but when we had time to sit, 2 air-conditioners didn't work. 1, not at all and the other would shut off after a period of time, and it wasn't on a timerThe shower walls and gladd were dirty, broken tiles which we could have cut our feet on and i have young children so i placed a towel over the excessive broken one's. 4 people could stay with only 1 towel rack.The fan in the bathroom was absolutely filthy which could start a fire, the lounge and living area had old spider webs throughout the roof. Little to no cutlery, the knives were extremely blunt, so you couldn't prep food. The walls were dirty. The parking was super tight i am pregnant and it made it extremely hard for me to get in and out of the car Just needs some general maintenance and it would be fine For the price you pay you would expect it to be a bit better then what it was.

Rang to say we would be late getting in(maybe after reception closed),they were to put key in box-.Message was not given to evening staff who had just shut the doors as we arrived,thankfully they reopened to help us

The location. That's it. Only reason to rebook however it was 1st and last visit to this place. Poor one.

Basics missed, e.g no wifi, poor privacy because of broken curtains, $300 per day but no single use slippers provided, broken walls ( somebody smashed/hit). Maintenance strongly required place! Ah yes, one more thing. No wheely bin provided which is why we had to keep our trash inside for entire stay.

Just outside of town and the entrance of the industrial area so the location was ideal for us heading to the Leisureplex each day

We had 4 guests staying in the cabin, there was only 3 dining chairs (not a huge deal), no light in the carport area to get through the sliding door at night and the step is metal and very little, with also the metal exterior of the house needing TLC I caught the back of my foot and shoe on many times! There was extremely limited supplies, no extra bin bags, one towel each for 3 nights, no coffee etc. We also had a hose at the property but no connection, requested one from reception as the other cabins had one to be told you have to go buy it yourself. Unfortunately it’s very aged and requires a lot of TLC looks run down, and is expensive for what you get.

The accommodation was good enough, comfortable, clean and we didn’t have an issue with the accommodation itself.

For $300 a night we would expect that the TV would be either tuned in OR able to be tuned in. We tried multiple things and could not tune the tv in. I think it’s fair for that price to have a working tv.

we had a carport, but to get into it involved a tight squeeze & the hedges scratching my hire car which will cost me heaps!! no pool, no wi fi. location is terrible. I’m angry it’s rated a 4star

Food at the park was fantastic, great breakfast and dinner choices.

The room is not clean specifically the toilet and some of the cup is dirty and no bin liner.

Disgusting accommodation. Dirty, and uninhabitable. This would have to be the worst accommodation that I have ever booked with Booking.com as a result unable to stay and had to book alternate accommodation. The manager was no help at all stating that as the accommodation had been booked through Booking.com get in touch with them. Therefore I have lost $170 at no fault of mine and this leaves a very bad taste, and feeling of left out in the lurch....
