Ibis Styles Karratha Hotel

Kind and courteous staff. Didn't get an option when booking to not have to use stairs, no lift available, no help with bags

Very noisy neighbors, door banging and it was a Friday night but the noise from nearby venues was unsettling

It was clean, and tidy, service was great and my son loved the pool.

It was fine.

The lightning outside the rooms was on all night which kept the room bright. Cause the blinds didn't block it out. Which made? For slight, I disturbed sleeping.

Room was a little tired and dark. Shower was not very clean

The guy at reception in karratha is legendary! I lost my engagement ring and he helped me find it by the pool. So thankful that he found it. ? He was very welcoming when we first arrived and this great customer service continued. Ibis Karratha are lucky to have such an excellent staff member. Thank you and sorry I don't have your name.

I asked a lot of the staff and they bent over backwards for me. I asked for a microwave to make my daughter’s food and they bought one to my room. I then asked the chef to cook some chicken wings or my children to eat and he cooked them and made the plate look so amazing, addicting a side salad and chips. It was incredible.

Expensive dirty room.

Well I have never seen such mess in such an expensive room. I had to look for my socks and there were heaps of mess under the bed. I am more concerned about the hygiene.

The room was a generous size and nice and clean The bathroom was small but functional. The gardens were an attempt to soften the hard edges and did well and the pool environment was lovely though I didn't have time for a swim. The restaurant was well laid out and the menus was good as was the food. Breakfast was a reasonable start to the day.

The bed was uncomfortable and the windows were very grubby, I suspect because of the dusty environment.

Bed is comfy and location good

Morning breakfast is expensive but has nothing there.Coffee machine doesn’t work.Sandwhich machine don’t work.We walked in and out and they tried to charge us when we ate and drank nothing

Accomodation was Ok however our neighbour had a visitor around midnight and spent the next two hours yelling at the female occupant hence little sleep.

BREAKFAST CHOICE, LOCATION. WARM ROOM ON COLD NIGHTS. TV SCREEN SIZE.LOCATION. SHORT ON STAFF AS BREAKFAST AREA UNATTENDED THE SECOND DAY SO NO CLEAN UP OR BUTTER. NO JUICE IN 3 VERY LARGE GLASS DISPENSERS. THE FRONT DESK ATTENDANT ARRIVE AT OUR REQUEST AND PUT OUT A CARTON OF BUTTER AND MADE US A CAPPUCCINO HIMSELF AS MACHINE WAS OUT OF ORDER AS IT NEEDED MILK.

GARDENS OLD AND UNTIDY. PAVEMENT TO ROOMS UNEVEN AND VERY OLD. PEOPLE SMOKING EVERY DAY AND NIGHT OUTSIDE ROOMS AND ON EVERY CORNER MAKES IT IMPOSSIBLE TO WALK ANYWHERE WITHOUT BEING CHOKED WITH SMOKE. PAYING EXTRA TO HAVE CAR PARKED OUT BACK NEAR ROOM AND BEHIND FENCING. THIS SHOULD NOT BE AN EXTRA CHARGE TO KEEP YOUR CAR SAFE AND CLOSE BY.

Reception staff as well as house-keeping staff were extremely friendly and approachable.

Lots of mosquitoes in the room

Not much. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Room had a terrible odor. Sheets on the bed did not look very clean and towels did not dry your body very well. Expensive for what the room was like and then to charge $20 for secure parking behind locked gates was terrible. You have the option to leave car in an open carpark out the front of building right next to a drive thru bottle shop which we did not want to risk doing with our car and possessions.

The room was basically what you expect from a motel. Although toilet seat broken, had to pay extra for secure parking, few non residents wandering around the units. But apart from that it was okay.

The room was clean

For the price which I felt was a little excessive I think a complementary continental breakfast would've been nice. considering you have a breakfast set up in the dinning room.

Perfect Location, Close to everything. Good size rooms, great pool and restaurant facilities. Beds were comfy and the A/C was super cold. Large TV with plenty of channels to choose from. Perfect for overnight or longer :)

Secure parking should be free, the free parking is in an area near bottle shop and a lot of walk through traffic leaving cars unsecure through the night. Prices for an overnight stay are more expensive up North so free parking behind locked gates should not come at a cost.

Good facilities including pool, restaurant, bar, pool table. The family room was clean and comfortable inside

Location of the room was at the back of the complex in an area that was poorly maintained, under a stairwell where it felt a bit cave like/dark & no view, and in an area of worker accommodation. It was a let down.
