The bed was comfortable, the food was great and so were the staff. The price of the room was disappointing compared to what the room offered.

We stayed for 5 nights over the Easter break. The location is good, just a small walk to shops. The pool area was excellent, always clean. Breakfast buffet was good. Size of television in enormous and the use of a guest laundry helped a lot.

My only criticism would be the pool area toilets, floor needs a good wash every morning and the door leading into the area stuck on the floor when opening.

The TV kept freezing and the variety of food on the room service menu was expensive and nothing for kids

You felt like you were in a resort. Beautiful designed facilities. The food was good and the cocktails were amazing. The staff were very professional and considerate.

The only thing letting the property down is the exterior facade of the rooms. Looks a bit like a dodgy motel. That being said it it a pleasant surprise when you move past that.

Clean and comfortable stay. Everything you need!Staff were friendly and helpful. The pool area had a nice atmosphere, and being able to park right outside the room was really convenient

great staff and delicious food

I couldn't believe we pay $300 a night to enjoy our stay at a hotel and swim in the resort pool and the place lets anyone come to the pool and use its facility's . kids knocking over our $22 drinks people taking our towels and seats

Very friendly and helpful staff. Very proactive and solve any issues immediately. Food was great breakfast amazing.

We made use of the lovely swimming pool, but not much shade around it for a long stay there.Restaurant food is excellent. We'd use this hotel again & recommended to others.

All good, I couldn't see any negatives.

Very friendly and helpful receptionist who greeted me as she recognised me from previous times we have stayed with KI. Very warming.

Me room had a broken tv and no hot water. Renovations at geckos we did not know about before arrival. Otherwise excellent stay

The restaurant was great, good food and friendly staff. Over-all a very pleasant stay:)

Not worth it

Smoke detector went off twice at unfriendly hours. Complimentary water not issued three days of stay. Room not attended too. Coffee was terrible. Asked for breakfast one day of eggs on toast and received a big breakfast that I couldn't eat

the broken floor tiles at the entrance of the room I stayed in number 15 making it hard to open and close and to note I did not break the tiles
