The hotel was clean, the breakfast was good and the staff were very polite. There is also a flatscreen tv and you can connect your amazon and netflix account to watch movies. Its just 15 mins from the airport.

You can connect wifi with only 1 device. Just outside the hotel is chaos, very crowded with lots of traffic, however you dont hear the noise in your room.

The staff, and in particular Mr S, were extremely helpful. The hotel is well maintained and comfortable.

Pricing was good. Location was close to airport. Breakfast was simple but very nice.Staff were courteous and quick to help.

Location was noisy until late at night.Rooms could have been cleaner.

Location

Maintenance is poor. Linens are quite old and dirty. Pillow covers were torn. Headrest to the bed was dusty.

Too bad. Treebo the worst customer service.

Everything. Treebo canceled my booking without my consent. Luckily I have noticed and had to book another hotel from airport transit. The website says “pay at the property”, but once you book everyday they’ll send emails for prepayment.

Excellent Hotel with luxurious rooms in the heart of chinar park, nearby Airport area.

Break fast was good like Poha and Sabudana KhichdiWhich is difficult to expect in kolkota

Marathi channel in TV

I really like the hospitality of this that they are giving at very nominal price. Staff was very polite. This is my first stay with this hotel and I definitely choose this hotel again whenever I'll come to kolkata. All good rooms are very spacious and full of amenities.

The rooms were clean and very comfortable, with good furniture. They allowed me to check in early, at about 10 am, washroom was little small otherwise everything is good.

An average experience with tidy rooms and basic amenities. The staff was courteous, but the service could be improved. Ideal location for local attractions.

there were no body wash and shampoo in bathroom

The hotel was fine with tidy rooms and basic amenities. The staff was friendly, though the service was average. Convenient location for plans.

Bathroom was not clean.

The hotel was decent. Rooms were clean, amenities adequate. The staff was polite, but service speed was average. The location was very convenient.

Room was not as per booking. After getting advance payment, they forced us to stay in small room. We had booked for twin bed bigger room for two personal but they allotted small room with single bed. excuse was given that all other rooms were full. Surrounding area is not good. nearly no option for veg food.

Area, change of room, not honouring the booking commitment. No veg food option in dinner in restaurant.

My stay at this hotel was absolutely exceptional! The rooms were impeccably clean and beautifully furnished, offering the perfect blend of comfort and luxury. The staff went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience, demonstrating unparalleled hospitality. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking a top-notch stay.

The staff and venue are lovely but our food was slow to come out, came out in a random order and was either dry or too greasy.

had a wonderful experience at the (Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! Thank you! Will recommend to my colleagues
