Hotel palace is good & outside looking is good but room quality, facilities was very poor and overall service was exceptionally bad.
Location was good.
The staff was very rude(acted like he's doing some favor by giving that shit*y room).Room was in bad condition dirty wall,rat torn bedsheet,water leakage in bathroom from ceiling and of all ac was not working had to change two room for somewhat good air conditioning. And I rented Hotel not Hostel,it was gate closing time of 10 PM.Overall very bad experience never expected this from booking.com

Absolutely disgusting property, locks not working even for the washroom, toilet was leaking whatever you flush will come out on the floor also the toilet roof was leaking, washroom fittings were of poor quality( good luck while having a shower), bedsheets we're stained, very poor quality blankets, very hard mattress.
please avoid booking at this property for next 6 months, as they have been acquired very recently

Bogus Hotel to stay. Uneducated staff always chewing gutkha and stuff. Property not maintained. Every room is problematic. TV, AC not working. Taps and plumbing lines leaking water. No maintenance atall.
They charged for breakfast and did not give breakfast and did not return the money charged for breakfast also
