The food is good, room service is quite prompt and the view from the 5th floor is great too! The staffs are very kind and helpful. The location of the hotel is great. City Centre 2 and airport just 10-15 mins drive.

Linens take a lot of time(a couple of days) to get changed.. Sometimes they call you at late/ odd hours at night asking for payment!! ?? Cleanliness should be more prioritized(change of linens, towels, garbage bags, etc. should be regularized) Need to shift breakfast timings earlier than 8.30am as guests can be earlybirds too( let the menu be limited maybe, but start earlier like 7am or so).

Clean, quiet, and well-equipped—this place was exactly what I needed for a peaceful getaway.

An incredibly comfortable stay with excellent service, spotless rooms, and all the amenities I could ask for.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. The hotel also offered a variety of amenities. I particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast at the hotel restaurant. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Avoid it as possible

Rooms were dirty. There was stains on the wall.No house keeping. Very very limited food available. I will never ever recommend it to others . The only good thing about is it’s near to the airport . Just 10-15 min away.Staff were unprofessional and uncooperative. The mattress were so very uncomfortable to sleep. We were provided room 501 and 505. Overall rooms wet not maintained. We were not given any towels ,soaps etc.

Bath room and room facilities were very poor. No mug in the toilet with the bucket. No drinking glass in the room. After requesting got one bottle of water. Bed sponge was not comfortable to sleep. I paid advance amount on line and balance amount on reaching at the reception of the hotel, without seeing the room (room No. 107). May be that the reason, they allotted so ugly room to me. I booked a deluxe room through Booking,.com with a confidence that it will be at par with my earlier bookings through Booking.com. However, I got disappointed.

Dirtiest hotel ever!

It was one of the dirtiest hotel we ever stayed. Bedsheet and pillows covered were covered with dirt and became from white to grey with filth.Bathrooms were also very dirty.I will never recommend this hotel to anyone!

The staff was very nice and they were very polite..... The room was awesome neat and clean.....every facility was there like at home. I must say everyone please go there....its really nice location and easy to reach. And its in under reasonable price.

people coming and checking at 12 if the gate is locked or unlocked its way unsafe for ppl to clutch in someones room, soo please have a DND card on. ur doors too

Beautiful hotel with basic amenities and location was good. Very helpful & professional staff. Rooms were clean and stay was comfortable. Overall great experience. I will recommend all and will surely visit again.

Staff was very courteous and helped us select good dishes from the menu as well.The food was quite good too and the ambience added to it. The staff, who was attending to us was very helpful and made sure we had a good time.

Food was good.

The power kept interrupting. The room key had a card which was stapled together. The power input socket was faulty and I had to call the reception at least 6 times. Every time there was a power cut the power in the room won't restore on it's own and I had to call reception to send someone to fix it.Very annoying.
