FabHotel De Sivalika - 500m from Belur Math

Breakfast was delicious. I preferred Alu paratha Dahi & found very tasty.

I like green vegetables dishes for dinner in the evening which I missed.

Nothing because the hotel official says your booking is not confirmed so I am book another hotel near howrah junction

Everything which is happening with me

Absolutely nothing

An extremely BAD hotel, right from check in to check out. Very poorly maintained, filthy, unhygienic, full of mosquitos. No culture at all, staff is rude, unhelpful and most of the time drunk. They have employed some street boys for reception and other duties.Food is the worst ever.Very very unsafe for families.Do not make a mistake of staying there, we stayed for two nights from 21 Feb to 23 Feb.No management at all.Colonel S B NagBangalore

location, staff attitude, room size, budget price, clean bathroom.

some rooms are box room w/o window/balcony though the rate is same.Though for us it was not the case, it should be ascertained before booking.

Food supplied from the hotel kitchen was very good. Prompt service. Staff were cordial and helpful

Amenities inside the room were very poor and very poor maintenance. The Toilet had ugly yellow stains. No sufficient toiletries in the bathroom. A very small wash basin in one corner with very poor light. No rack to keep clothes. In the bedroom there is a cupboard but no rod to hang clothes. The cover of the blanket was torn. For two occupants only one towel

It's so horrid that nothing stood out. Absolutely zilch.

My parents stayed at FabHotel De Sivalika Howrah from July 26 to August 3, 2024, but had to leave after just 2 nights due to the extremely poor conditions. The rooms and bathrooms were unclean, and there was hardly any staff available to assist. Despite requesting help, they received no assistance and were only given one bottle of water. What made things worse was that the hotel refused to allow cancellation for the remaining days, and we were forced to pay the entire amount even though the stay was unbearable. Overall, the hotel’s quality is appalling, and I strongly advise against staying here.

location

no water provided no tea facility

Service and room's cleanliness are pretty good.

Price is more than enough, can be lesser.

Unhygenic

Terrbile cleanliness - very badly maintained - you should condidering de-listing them from Booking.com.The overall cleanliness of the room and bathroom was totally unacceptable for something showing on booking.comVert disappointed.I had to cut stat by one day - Booking.com Customer Support did an excellent job in updating the request and billing for only one day instead of the planned two days

Good staff and location since near Belur math

Bathrooms need deep cleaning and all fittings should be maintained properly

The location is good. It’s very near by the prime location of Belur Math

The rooms are very small, unhygienic. The bedsheets, towels are very unclean. Signs of dark spots every where in the bed. The rooms are not deep cleaned, very smelly

Close to Belur Math temple

No water running in there first room I was shown. We then changed rooms - first towel given was dirty, second towel given was dirty - there comes a point you just give up - luckily i was only there for two nights. Better to find accommodation close to the Belur Math temple if that’s where you’re going. If not avoid this hotel at all costs

Location and breakfast is okay.

1. No WiFi in the room or premises.2. The bed cover, towel etc are very dirty. We had to buy those for our stay.3. The front desk person was never on his desk, and always the guard informed us that he is in the washroom.4. The website didn't mention that the registration needs visa or OCI for foreign passport holders. So, we were not ready with that paper, which caused us a long wait for registration.5. No hot water in the shower.

it is close to belur math.

not clean. lot of construction. stinky hallways. unclean bedsheets and comforter. broken commons seats, that didn’t get fixed in spite of me pointing it out. the switches and charging plug point is inside the headboard of bed, which is a potential risk for electrocution.

Good location nice hotel all staffs are good

1. Location of this hotel is very good near the main road.2. Rooms size is small but cozy. 3. Staffs are very helpful. 4. Very near to the Balur Math.

Location is close by to Belur Math. All the staff were helpful and gave good service

Cleanliness. Very unclean room, bathroom, dirty sheets, towels

The hotel staff and manager were very helpful - they managed my early check out due to medical reasons. The location is a major plus point as it provides lots of connectivity to urban and rural parts of the city

Staffs are very cooperative.

It's not recommended to stay over there. No cleanliness at all. So we have changed the hotel though we planned to stay for 5 days.

Hotel good, booking experience on app VERY BAD

Booking experience horrible. App asked to pay Rs 2025 as advance. Even after paying, started getting mails, money not received. Was asking for full payment, so paid full amount of Rs 8025. So I HAVE PAID Rs 2025 EXTRA. Customer care number is not answered 24x7. I want refund of EXTRA payment of Rs 2025
