Hotel O The Olive Near City Centre Salt Lake

Low cost and pleasant

Scam and fraud hotel

the owner refused booking saying that they were full and the insisted me on taking another room with a price of 1200/-

Staff demand extra money for a roomStaff behaviour badRoom is dirty and poorNever gone this hotel

It was a very good hotel Hotel staff was nice and helpful They give big bed with all comfort you need.

The location met my expectations. It was 1 km from the nearest metro station, and 650 m to a main road. I could easily use the public transport. Furthermore, it was a good location to get quick cabs if you are in a hurry or prefer cabs over public transport.

This is an awful place to stay! I will have nightmares for the rest of my life.To begin with, I did not even get the room which I booked. This is the least one expects when traveling to a city. I was forced to stay in a different room in the neighborhood because there were no rooms left in the whole building. The staffs defense was that the place was overbooked due to the fault of the booking websites! The room where I was finally forced to stay, thanks to the generous arrangements by the staffs (!), was not even clean, neither the attached bathroom. On top of that I was charged extra for no good reason. I didn't have a choice but to comply because I had an interview on the next day, and I did not have the time to search another place. I would never book this place in my life. Furthermore, I am starting to believe that the booking.com is not the right choice to book a place, particularly in Kolkata.

really great , maintained the place neat and clean , it's spacious, it may not seem from photos but it's quite good . also peaceful place to be, just 100m away from main road.

The only problem is that the quality of the interior and mattress is average and you will not get that experience.

I had a wonderful stay with my family at. The ambience food and hospitality all was good. The way they treat their customer was mindblowing and services were excellent.

No telephone/intercom is provided in the rooms.

Bad

The staff is very rude .. they asking more money at the time of entering and if we refuse they used abuse language so my suggestion is please remove it in your app or website so that people never disappoint at the time..

Location little at odd., located in a housing colony., difficult to find even a cutlery shop for outsiders..a bungalow converted into hotel..staff is good., but location is completely isolated., boys make nice tea..n room r cleaned., nothing much to say excellent
