I Don't Like Anything This Property

There are no single reason to like the hotel.

Firstly the hotel is very far from the downtown. And the nearest bus stop is about 1 k.m far from them. And there are no auto & Taxi stand as well. On the other side there are no hotels for eating near to the hotel.Secondly they accept the booking from sites like booking.com but denied the prices shows there after confirm the booking.I with a group of 5 adults went there after confirm my booking as a foreign tourist. But the denied the prices which i confirmed 2 days ago from the booking.com. If i were the citizen of this country i could have taken legal actions against them for the harassment.Finally, The hotel receptionist is so much unprofessional with his dress as well as the style he talks to the clients.It seems like he was drunk as well. And he was gambling on the phone when we just arrived there to have our first talk. We had to stand for 10+ minutes after a long journey to have our first conversation.

First, they charge Rs 3000 extra to me. I did, mention the price but they are not agreeing. I spoke to OYO and after; a long discussion it was decided that OYO would refund me after the Check out but they are not doing that. even they have sent an email to me. Still they are not doing that.

The room was very dirty, no house cleaning at all, entrance was dirty, bathroom is not clean, room was not sanitised, there were spit marks of previous occupant already present along with dirty used bed linen. There is no house keeping staff at all and no free breakfast (the option which I opted) was given. It was a terrible experience.

The staff is not good,They have very bad communication skillAnd they never helpMe in anything, and they cut the commission in everything without the permission,like room is good ?but staff is not helping

No coordination with OYO, they don't have booking details or prepayment details. Slow staff, bad entry to location. No food or breakfast in hotel, it's a lie.

Price can adjust more but as per location and condition only passes of an hours not stay able as per location of building just to time pass

All things are worst , They are taking extra money always by telling it is not possible to accommodate with this money we always charge extra. If this is a hotel you should kick off all the sheets.
