Convenient location to the airport, but they were unable to provide airport pick up, apparently bc I don't have an India phone number. They did drop me the following morning.

I got. Premium room but last time the regular room was better than this premium room. Over the years the condition of this hotel has deteriorated. Room had a bad smell. Not going to stay here ever again. They need to improve the services.
Services and staff behavior were very nice. Room amenities were up to standard,sanitized room and affordable. We ate palak paneer at the restaurant, It was top notch.

Received a call from the duty manager regarding my previous review. He apologized and asked me to give him one day to talk with higher authority and mentioned that he would give me a callback. It's been more than a week now. No response. Very poor customer service. Never ever recommend anyone to stay there.

I recently stayed at Ethnotel, and my experience was disappointing. The staff were unfriendly, uncooperative, and seemed completely disinterested in providing even basic services. The manager was completely unprofessional. The employee of hotel didn't have any coordination among them. One person agreed about the visitor. When the time came, they didn't allow to allow the visitor. On top of that their behaviour was also very rude and unprofessional.

Nice location and nearby the airport.
Hot water problem. Called reception 2-3 times but no solution. It ended with hot water in the bucket after paying more than 7k for just one night. The duty manager has no problem solving skills.. just keep saying the manager is not here, it's Sunday..etc etc... I'm highly disappointed and never recommend this place to anyone.
Breakfast and food ordered at room service had excellent taste. The staff were very helpful and cordial.
The washroom though clean didn't have enclosed shower area. As a result when taking a bath the whole bathroom was filled with water.
Great location if you are transiting through the airport. Efficient, courteous staff. Comfy rooms. Clean linen. Good quality 24 hour restaurant within the hotel.

Noisy room from traffic outside. Can't really sleep well, too noisy. Not given twin beds as booked. Instead a queen size bed.
