washroom

Location of the property

No Room Service, No House Keeping/Cleaning.No Phone to book Service/Food.Had to reach reception personally

There is no point to like the hotel because in this hotel big scam regarding booking.you booked hotel and pay but no room available .and money return process too difficult

There is nothing for like

Great breakfast, wonderfully warm staff, comfortable and clean rooms.

The room was clean and the staff courteous and helpful. We would recommend it if your trip is in this side of kolkata.

It's fine for a short and cheap stay, the rooms are small but clean and staff was friendly. The location however is not that great for a tourist.

Passable

Too small room n useless basin n narrow toilet . Narrow gallery. No stool or table to keep luggage or small stuff also.

The online details on booking.com and the ground situation are far different. First, the name of the hotel is Hotel M.N. International and not as given on your site. This created confusion in location the destination. Second, we booked a delux room, but it was just like a pigeon cage. Not at all worth the money.

It appears, booking.com didn't do any verification of the facilities before suggesting to customers.

Absolutely amazing service! 5/5 stars. Facilities were clean, good breakfast spread and amenities Great rooms, good food, convenient location and awesome staff
